Day time was just always so noisy and bright. Far too overwhelming for Jooyeon, especially as of lately.
Most of Jooyeon's nights had been spent awake and thinking about everything.
There the boy laid in Jungsu's bed again with the older laying behind him, his arms wrapped protectively around Jooyeon's waist as their naked bodies pressed against one another.
Jooyeon's thoughts were crowded as per usual.
Though, he had some rather specific subjects on his mind.
Yeonjun for one.
Jungsu couldn't really tell that the boy's mind was clouded as his was as well for the most part. He was still pretty worried for Jooyeon. What with everything that had been going on.
The older boy gently picked up Jooyeon's arm as his eyes scanned over the scattered scars along his wrist and forearm.
"They seem to be healing pretty well," Jungsu commented as he softly kissed Jooyeon's knuckles before trailing those kisses up the boy's forearm and gently over the scars as the younger blushed and enjoyed the small gesture.
"Mhm, I haven't done it in a few days.." Jooyeon admitted as he was rather proud of himself. Quite honestly, since that night with Jungsu and then the day out with Seungmin, he hadn't felt the need to do it anymore.
He had just gotten so into his own head about nothing. So much so, that he failed to realize the support that was right in front of him all along.
Now, he didn't even have time to talk himself into things like cutting. He had Jungsu to take care of him and Yeonjun to entertain.
Interestingly, as the subject of Yeonjun danced around Jooyeon's mind, his phone began to ding.
A few messages all being sent at once illuminated his phone, shining a bit of light in the darkened room.
Obvious jealousy rose in the older boy as he watched Jooyeon sit up and grab his phone off the nightstand to check who it was.
Jungsu stayed silent though, almost completely sure the person texting him was Seungmin anyways.
It still didn't change the fact that he was jealous though.
He carefully intertwined his fingers with Jooyeon's free hand as the other held the phone and opened the messages.
The smile on Jungsu's face fell almost as fast as it rose when Jooyeon abruptly pulled his hand away without a single thought or any hesitation to text back whoever it was he was talking to.
Jungsu was a tad bit curious as to who exactly it was; but he knew if he inquired he'd just be hurting his own feelings as quite selfishly, he wanted Jooyeon's attention all to himself.
He'd never had so much attention from Jooyeon before, not like this. He wanted it to last forever so every time anyone other than Jungsu had his attention, he feared it'd be gone again when it hasn't even felt that long in the first place.
Which was true, the relationship between the boys had only been going on for maybe two weeks now.
That was all.
