In the Hospital, Sai comes out from the ot ,changes her clothes nd then enters her cabin .. she was very tired..she pulled the car nd sat ,she had closed her eyes and was leaning on the chair..after few seconds of rest ..she opened her eyes and saw a bouquet 💐 on the desk..she was shocked as well as surprised to see that bouquet..she stood up nd pulled bouquet near her , there was an envelope on it !! She opened that envelope and read..
