Beomgyu was hospitalized for weeks due to almost blood loss, but Yeonjun chose to stay with Beomgyu even though he skipped school for weeks.

Beomgyu was still unconscious and resting. Beomgyu's dad, aunt and sister were there too. They asked Yeonjun if he could leave so he could rest and went to school, but he refused. He wanted to be with Beomgyu so when he wakes up, he will see Yeonjun first.

The nurse said it will take many days or weeks before Beomgyu will be awake due to blood loss. Yeonjun was very worried and hadn't eaten for a while just to be with Beomgyu even though Beom Young offered him food. He was holding Beomgyu's hand and slept next to him.

“He loves Beomgyu so much,'' Seo Kyung whispered.

Beom Young nodded. “If only Beomgyu knew, Yeonjun wouldn't stop talking about him twenty-four seven”

Seo Kyung laughed silently and stared at the man who was kissing Beomgyu's hand and squeezing it.

Soo Rim smiled. “Beomgyu must be lucky to find someone who would take care of him”

Beom Young looked at her father and her father looked back. “What?” He asked.

Beom Young shook her head. “Nothing.. Just, aunt was saying something” She replied.

He raised one eyebrow and glanced at Soo Rim who was looking down smiling. “What is it?” He asked again.

“I know you heard it, stop pretending to be deaf” She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

Moments of silence ate them when the door opened, all of their eyes went directly to the door. It was Hyeri.

All of them stood up and frowned. “What are you doing here?” Seo Kyung asked.

“I'm here for my son, how about you? What are you doing here?” she asked back.

“He's here for Beomgyu” Soo Rim replied.

Hyeri rushed towards Beomgyu and held him. “Baby are you ok?”

Beom Young walked towards her and pushed her away. “Why do you only care for him when something happens to him!? What kind of mother are you! You're useless!” She Yelled shouting at Hyeri.

“Who are you to say that to me?! I am his mother and I have a right to be worried for my son!” She responded.

“I am his Twin Sister, Choi Beom Young. I knew all the time about you and your family mistreating my brother! How dare you to do that! You're ruthless!” Beom Young slapped her.

She held her face and looked at her with widened eyes. “Twin.. Sister?” She laughed. “You must be crazy!. When i gave a birth to Beomgyu he's the only one who came out!”

Beom Young raised her eyebrow. “Why don't you tell the truth dad”

Hyeri looked at Seo Kyung who was standing at him. Madness is the only emotion that is visible to his beautiful brown eyes.

“When you gave birth to Beomgyu, you have no idea that you also gave birth to Beom young too. I decided to take Beom Young and leave Beomgyu instead because he's the only child you remember giving birth to” He took a deep breath. “I thought before, when I let you have Beomgyu you'll treat him right and become a good mother to him. But no, you didn't even care for him even if he's hurt. You didn't know the sacrifices he makes just to make you proud of him, but no. You ignore those things! You let him suffer in pain and cry all night, you're a heartless mother!” He slowly started to raise his voice.

“Seo Kyung calm down,” Soo Rim said, holding him.

Hyeri looked at her sister, frowning at her at attempting to attack her.

“You! You said you'll take him! I didn't know you'd introduce him to his father, Bitch!” Hyeri attempted to slap her but a hand stopped it.

It was Yeonjun's hand, he was stopping Hyeri from slapping Soo rim. “Enough arguing, Beomgyu is awake”

They all looked at Beomgyu who was watching them. Soo Rim walked next to him and caressed his head.

“Hey, you're awake. What are you feeling right now? Are you ok?” She asked worriedly. Beomgyu nodded. Soo Rim smiled and looked at them. “We should call the doctor and inform that he's now awake”

Yeonjun nodded and left the room leaving the five of them in the room. Beomgyu just stared at his mother wondering what she doing here.

Hyeri held Beomgyu's hand. “I'm glad you're awake, does it still hurt?”

Beomgyu was amazed but at the same time mad at her. “Why did you let him kill me?” He whispered.

Hyeri shook her head. “I didn't let him, I didn't know that he was planning to kill you. Your step-siblings are always complaining to your father about school and they told him that you bully them” She explained and pushed Soo Rim.

Beomgyu pulled his hands away and stared at her. He tried to stand up but the doctor stopped him.

“You're not allowed to stand up yet Beomgyu, you're still regenerating your health” He ordered. The doctor smiled at them. “I suggest you guys not to argue in front of the patient, it can make the patient become more stress and end up making it worse”

They looked at each other and sighed.

“We'll talk later” Seo Kyung said the left the room.
