The Sin is the living physical embodiment of the concept of committing crime. He would manifest himself at night to rob banks or try to take over the world. After being defeated The Sin would soon demanifest but not before briefly monologuing about how he'll be back. During his free time SCP-4494 often makes mean internet comments & reviews or trash talking players while playing video games.
He is the self proclaimed nemesis of The Specter and whenever he's involved with something the specter shows up.
