THE SIN is the living physical embodiment of the concept of committing crime. He would manifest himself at night to rob banks or try to take over the world. After being defeated THE SIN would soon demanifest but not before briefly monologuing about how he'll be back. During his free time SCP-4494 often makes rude internet comments & reviews or trash talking players while playing video games.
He is the self proclaimed nemesis of The Specter and whenever he's involved with something the specter shows up.
Powers -Abstract Existence, Conceptual Manipulation & Limited Mind Manipulation: THE SIN is the physical manifestation of the concept of evil, should it be stopped in its evil schemes in an expanding 100km radius per hour will no longer comprehend the concept of doing bad things for the fun of it. Wanted criminals won't be able to understand the gravity of staying hidden and will often walk out in public. -Teleportation: Manifests to commit heinous crimes -Smoke Manipulation: Fog always appears when THE SIN manifests -Text Manipulation & Sound Manipulation: All text mentioning THE SIN will be changed to make it look stylish and dramatic; sound speakers will channel its name as dramatic whispers -Martial Arts: Engages its opponents in hand to hand combat and is fairly experienced; should be familiar with martial arts -Light Manipulation: Its body absorbs light on the visual spectrum to make it look entirely red and black -Cloth Manipulation: Can extend its cape at will for dramatic flourish
