Despondos is described by Light Hope as an "empty" dimension. It doesn't have any stars, planets, moons, or any other space objects. It is also hard to impossible to detect from outside of itself, as both the Engineers and Horde Prime were unable to locate Etheria while it was inside. It's true when they say looks can be deceiving, as it was revealed there was life in this starless world.

What was previously believed to be one of Etheria's moons, turned out to be the original ruler of the empty dimension. Zero sees itself as a benevolent force, saving worlds from their own free will. If all life is Zero nothing will hurt anymore, if all life is Zero nothing will die, perfect order out of chaos.

It is a high-ranking member of the evil species Dark Matter. The true form of Dark Matter Blade is identical to other members of the species. Its normal form, however, looks way different. As Dark Matter Blade, it has has spiky hair, a grey visor with one eye, and purple armor. The Dark Matter Blade also wears a grey cape around its body and wields a sword, hence its name.
