Ultimate was a AI created by Dr Crow to protect the earth from alien threats, the design was based on a Yautja design as it was the first alien species cataloged in foundation. Ultimate was a success and became the lead security team of the SCP Foundation. Overtime Ultimate was introduced to the concept of violence and assisted in battled and then Ultimate deduced how humans were technically aliens too, that all life was alien to him. So his prime directive changed, to destroy all life in the universe.
