Real Name: Noc
Noc is the villainous and sadistic younger brother of Nereus, he has tried at various times to kill his brother and claim the throne of Atlantis for himself. He planned to lead a war against the humans. Noc used his nephew as bargaining chip to ensure Nuura cooperation, and then took him to a cliff near a volcano, where he strapped him next to Nereus.
Noc gloated about killing them both, blaming it on the humans, and thus ensuring his rightful inheritance to the throne. But thanks to the help of the Foundation, they were saved and Noc was defeated

A special legion of Octobods, a species of intelligent octopi, that served Noc while he attempted to take the throne. After he was defeated the Octobods were banished from Atlantis and were ordered to stay away forever, claiming they'd be killed if they were ever seen in the Atlantis borders.
