"Maybe this could be a lesson on why you shouldn't bargin' into other people's residences without bein' invited?" Kokia childed Grim, who now sulked with a comical looking bump on his head. He recoiled away from her hand as he scooted further away on the dusty couch.

"You think staying outside in that downpour was a good idea? Also, how was I supposed to expect to be attacked by that snake-eel creature!?" He pointed to the curtains as rain slammed the front lobby window, to Nahu who moped in the furthest corner of the lobby. The EleFish Pokemon drew circles in the dust while being comforted by Iole as the giant Alolan Raichu hovered close by.

Kokia sighed, trying to explain that her Pokemon didn't mean any harm. "Nahu didn't attack you, Grim, you tripped over some of the buckets she tried to warn you about."

He crossed his arms, "Sure, it tried to warn me. If a sound that is a mix of electricity is being sent through a bunch of metal tubes that are being spun rapidly, then that is a perfectly normal way to warn someone! Mrya, you must be dumb to think–" He stopped mid-sentence when he realized that six pairs of eyes now watched him with looks ranging from disappointment, warning, and simply unreadable.

Grim didn't try to fight off Kokia when she tried to pet him again. "See? I promise we won't hurt ya!" She started to gently pet him, unaware of the bead of sweat going down the cat's neck as he was in a six-way staring contest with the Pokemon in the dorm. ("Probably shouldn't mention he is leanin' into my hand.") She thought with a chuckle, ignoring the way his fur puffed up a bit at the sound.

Waiho was the first to break the stare down as he raised a paw to his face as he gossiped about the night's events to the nearby Kupua, Mikia, and Kolo. "Liepard Liepa". ( You all should have been out of your Pokeballs and had front-row seats to the spectacle. The people there were extremely lazy as the effort of apprehending this creature was too much for them.)

"Bria, Briax?" (Really? It was that bad? I couldn't see anything since the rest of us were under that fancy robe Mama was wearing, but it did sound chaotic.)

"Shinin, Shinon." (Ooo! I hope a lot of the people here don't have fast reaction times then! It will be so much fun to catch new faces unaware, Shekeke!)

"Mimikyuuu." (As much as I love that idea, we have to make sure our sister will settle into our new housing first. Then we can plan for cases where we...we have to help her out in ways we know best.~)

Seeing the attention was now off him, Grim jumped off the couch onto the dusty floor near a tall step ladder. "Alright listen here human, I'm a magical prodigy who's got the makin' to become one of the greatest mages who ever lived! And thanks to you I lost my shot to impress the Dark Mirror and Headmaster," He complained. "You and that overgrown cat messed up my big debut. So, I'm demanding restitution for your interference!"

"Restitution?" Kokia repeated in confusion.

"That's right human, you and your pals now owe me big time! So let me think of what you can do to make it up to me." He leaned on the ladder, eyes closed as he thought of how this human and her creatures could help him thanks to their mess up. A crooked smirk appeared as the perfect first demand came to mind. "Alright, to begin making this up to me, I've decided that a fine of ten million tuna cans would be a great start! I'll give ya to the end of tomorrow, an' don't even think about being late either!'

"Umm, ten million tuna cans?" She rubbed the back of her neck with a Mareepish grin, "I might need a few more days, an' I think we have bigger Magikarp to fry." She noted as the still leaking ceiling dripped dirty rainwater into the numerous buckets littered around the lobby floor.
