5. Preparing

We only had a few days until we were debuting. We were in the studio currently. We had to run through a few things before our showcase. Of course the way we were coming out for our first stage ever of Near Miss was exciting to me. We were having an introductory dance break for each member. This was to show what we could do. It was only 30 per member but whatever we were to do. We had two choices. Choreographed it now and have something ready for the show. Or we could freestyle it. I was on the freestyle it.

"Not long now, how's everyone feeling? Remember if there's anything that anyone has any worries. Voice them now." Geuroo said to us as we all sat on the floor together. Jihye wanted cuddles so me and her were cuddling.

"I'm just worried about school. Because of the response that might come out of it. My classmates already tease me about being the idol girl in class." Jihye said to us and I could that she was holding in tears. We all looked at each other and then at her.

"How about we walk you to school? It might help the situation. And if needed we can speak to some of your trackers as well if you'd like that." I said to her and she looked at me and nodded. I could see tears threatening to spill out and I knew that I couldn't just let her go alone.

"Yes, please. It would help so much to have my Unni's with me." She said and we all nodded and Nemy put a hand on her back.

"Then we will do exactly that. We'll protect our golden maknae." Nemy said before she stood up and started to act like a body guard making us all laugh. Which made a smile appear on Jihye's face.

"There's that smile we love." I said to Jihye and she hugged me even tighter. Sometimes I really wish that I had a little sister like Jihye. She was just the sweetest person there ever was. And let's face it I definitely was like her Mom in this group. I don't think she minded.

"Does anyone else have any concerns at all?" Gueroo asked and I was hoping that other people would have some worries.

"What do we do if we forget something? Like the choreo." Katsuki asked and I got it. The whole choreography was hard and it was technically so anything was a possibility when it came to it.

"That's what we were worrying about. But that's why we did the choreography a certain way. Because it's only different at some points for certain members for timing reasons. The rest is the same. So if you get lost in the choreography or forget it, follow the person in front." Aree said to her answering her question and she nodded.

"What if we lose our voice?" Hyunjoo asked and I had never thought of this question before. But now I was interested in the answer. We looked over at our manager, Daehyun.

"If that happens to any of you, you'll have to sit the showcase out until your voice is recovered. And someone else will cover your lines for you." He said to us and we all nodded at each other. We just had to make sure that that didn't happen to any of us.

"And if our voices crack I say we keep going. If we go past that and be professional about it then it will gain us a lot respect." Dalrae said to us and I was glad that this whole thing was raised. We went through a few more questions and we had to ask Daehyun about some of them but he was happy enough to answer them for us. I'm sure that we'd have many more sitting like this in the practice room floor. Which I was glad to have. It's a shame that it wouldn't be forever though.

"Now, who says we get some practice in for one of the last times before our debut?" Azumi asked and we all cheered. We then started to practice and it went even better than before. We were all in synch. All of our feet hitting the floor at the same time making that satisfying noise that everyone loved. I was excited to film the practices videos tomorrow. What would make it better would be seeing all of our fans do the dances and watch them do full length covers. I was also excited to see the music video reactions. All I can say is explosions and motorcycles. Now I know what your thinking, what about seeing Ricky's reaction to it all? I was excited this was going to be a different side of me that he would be seeing and I was excited for it. I knew that he'd be calling me the second it came out and then he'd go away and come back after listening to the whole album then call me back again. Once our small trip to the the practice room had proved successful. Later on I got a surprising phone call.
