We were still getting ready for our next comeback. We were still working on it. But today Triple A was together in the practice room. We wanted to do a dance cover for Starlights. "So are we all in agreement that we want to do Power as the song." Azumi said and we all looked at each other with a smile.
"I think we all are. It'll be good to do a song like this as well." I said to them all with a smile and we all put our hands in.
"Triple A." We all shouted and that's when we started to piece things together for what we wanted to do.
"So are we all agreement with doing this for the part where it's 'I got the power yeah, the power yeah.' Because I was thinking we could maybe put more emphasis on the body rolls as we walk. Like this." Aree said and I looked at her with a smile.
"I can get behind that. We need more of that." I said to her as I then did what she showed us. We then kept on going. With choreographing. Every so often we'd record a part.
"How's Zion getting on?" Azumi asked me and I looked at her. We we're currently taking a small break.
"He's doing well. They've said to him that he'll make it to the debut. They start announcing who's made it next week. But he's rumored to be the lead dancer and main rapper." I said to them with a smile. I was going to be helping them before they started working on their debut. It was very exciting.
"I've heard rumors that they call us 'Super Rookies' and that they all look up to us." Aree said and that was confirmed by my brother.
"How many are making it to the final debut?" Azumi asked. I looked at her.
"It's up for debate but it seems they've been told it'll be between 5-9 people. They've all been trying their hardest. They've been promised that if there's anyone that doesn't debut they'll get the chance to go onto a survival show." I said to them and that's what a lot of them were hoping for. They'd seen the success of us and were hoping they'd been like that.
"I guess that will give them hope. I mean we all watched our sister groups debut before us in companies and we were meant to be with them." Azumi said and that's when Aree looked at us. She looked like she had something to spill.
"Well apparently one of the girls that I used to train with, we were meant to be in a debut team together. Believe it or not, she is apparently Jake's girlfriend. They met back in Australia and HYBE found out last week but they aren't going to force them to break up. They want them to still be together. They've proven that they can work without it taken an effect on them." Aree said and maybe times would change.
"How have people taken the news?" I asked and I wanted to know what it was like.
"People aren't to keen on her. They found out that she was Jake's Bite Me partner as well so of course it hasn't gone well. But people are slowly starting to accept it and come to terms with it." She said and that's when I took all of that. I was hoping people would be the same but not hate that much. Although if you were to look at all the videos that have been made about me. People just want to date me. No one would agree or get over it. It would be Kai and Jennie. That would be my guess but they'd just have to get over it. MOD didn't really care for dating which was the good thing. As long as we all kept working well that's what we would do.
"She's so lucky to get someone like Jake and since school as well. I hope I can find someone like that one day." Azumi said to us with a smile and I'm sure she would. She was gorgeous. She just had to find someone that would be the right fit. We heard a knock on the door.
"Come in." We all said and that's when I saw my brother appear.
"Zion? Are you okay?" I asked him and he came running over to me.
"I was told today. I got in. I'm going to be in the debut group." He said to me and I hugged him instantly. I was so proud of him. And I knew that Azumi and Aree would be as well. He was like their little brother as well.
"I'm so happy for you. What's your group name? So I can get ready to chant it at your shows." I said to him and that's when he looked at me with a smile. He liked the name I could tell.
"We're going to be called 'Luminary' it means Sun or Moon. So we'll have two different concepts which I'm looking forward to. And now all of you are my Sunbae's." He said and that made me feel old.
"Hold off the formalities for now. Don't make us feel old." Aree said making us all laugh and I looked at her with a smile.
"We are incredibly proud for you." Azumi said and I looked at Zion.
"Don't worry. I'll be helping you out for that predebut performance video that'll be happening." I said to him and he looked extremely happy at me.
"Thank you. They want us to do two in one which I've been doing well at but they don't know what song they want us to do." He said to me and we'd figure that out with time.
"You will all work that out." I said to and he stayed for a bit longer before we then went back to practicing. My favorite part was doing the ending. I was doing a jump flip over Aree who was sliding underneath me as I was jumping. It was really enjoying this as much as more than anything. It was a fun cover and I couldn't wait for us to record it and show it to the world.
