20 - A THIRD PARTY

A tall woman arrives, along with Johnny's young sister Lisa. She has long hair that looks like a model's shampoo. Her Filipina beauty is undeniable, and she has those cat eyes like CL, the Korean singer. Her name is Analiza Gutierrez.

I know that Lisa doesn't like Anne because of her brother. She wanted to pair her brother with Analiza, the daughter of a rich business couple in town. Of course, I know Analiza. She is always ranked first in all academics at my college. Not just smart, but rich. She also knows about Pete, but he is not her type. She wanted Johnny as her boyfriend, as always. But Johnny was in love with Anne for a long time. I feel pity for her.

Anne already told me about his status when it comes to Johnny's family. Even though that situation is hard for her, she is always trying her best to prove that she is willing to settle with Johnny and take care of him for the rest of their lives.

"Anne,?" Lisa said.

Before she could speak, Anne was standing next to me. I gave them space and distanced myself from Anne to give them time to talk, and I sat next to Pete.

"It turns out that what they said about you is true; you are a flirtatious woman." Analiza said.

"What are you doing here?" Anne asked. She felt irate with Analiza for acting as part of the Balingan family.

"I'm here to assist Lisa. We will bring Johnny to the big, and private hospital." Analiza said

"No, you're not. Lisa, tell her your brother will be fine. I believe his doctor can do his job well. And your brother will recover as soon as possible, without her help." Anne explained to Lisa.

"I'm sorry; my parents are also worried. They wanted to make sure that my brother was safe," Lisa said.

"But.."

"He will be monitored by private nurses and doctors. He will be safe with me and far from you." Analiza interrupted

"What do you mean far from me?" Anne clarified

"My parents cut off the schedule, the wedding ceremony, and the venue. All of it is now cancelled." Liza said as her eye brow up and proudly cross her arm.

Anne was stunned by what she heard. She knows that everyone from Johnny's family approved it. I can feel the sadness she feels, but she needs to be strong for Johnny's situation.

"I was supposed to be the one to decide that, and Johnny." Anne said.

"You..? Huh!" Analiza voices become loud and clear, she steps forward and pushes Anne to the wall.

"Anne, Do you want Johnny to die? If it wasn't for you, this wouldn't have happened to Johnny, remember?" Analiza said. She is right anyway.

"But I am his..." Anne stops

"His what..?" Analiza clarified. The heated topic stops when one female doctor comes out of the emergency room.

"Who is Mr. Balingan's family here?" The doctor asked

"Me.."

Three of them both answered.

"Look, he needs three bags of type A+ blood. I need it right now; you may coordinate the information area to guide you in case." The doctor said so and went back to the emergency room.

"This is what I talked about." Analiza said
She got her phone from her shoulder bag and talked to someone. She requested the three bags of blood right away.

"Now what?" Analiza followed up with Anne after their conversation on the phone. Anne remained silent. She knew that she couldn't do anything. So I walked near her for a small talk.
