Miharu looks at Leon, fascinating at it. How Leon can change into all sorts of shape? Is it a scientic things? Or it's something that can't be explained even we try to solve it? Even in the story, they didn't explain what is Leon actually is. They said he's just a chameleon but didn't explain why he can change into all things.
Anime logic is the answer but, she still want to know it.
Her thought was interrupted by a shout of the nurses.
"Make way!! Another Namimori's student got beat up!"
The attention of all people in the hospital was directed to the nurse and see the person who got beaten up.
"Oi oi It's the assistant head Kusakabe-san!"
"They said he was beaten up right outside the hospital..."
Miharu knows the story so she didn't really surprised of the results. But still... maybe she slightly... slightly got her hope high that they will succeed on beat Mukuro and save Mahiru.
It still didn't ease her anxiety and worry of Mahiru. She grip her hand tightly and trying to keep herself calm.
"But, Hibari-san could have gone to attack the enemy... Could it be... even Hibari-san...
...Impossible! Hibari-san wouldn't lose a fight! Right Miharu?" Tsuna turn his face to Miharu with a little smile but stopped smiling when he see how Miharu face is.
"...I really did hope so."
The face she gave him was a pained and forced smile. Even if she tried to hide it, she didn't hide it completely. The hand that gripped tightly didn't hide how anxious and worry she is. Before Tsuna want say something, Reborn toss Leon to him.
"Take care of Leon for a second."
"Hey Reborn!"
Then Reborn jumped to Kusakabe and check his teeth. The two just can look at him.
"4 of them huh?" He mumbled as he jump down from him as the nurse bring Kusakabe away.
"What are you doing!"
"There's no doubt about it. The cause of all the fighting is... You, Tsuna."
"What do you mean?"
Miharu just hear their conversation. It was funny how it was the teeth in the manga and it was clock in the anime. In this world, maybe they going for the manga's direction. Though it didn't really matter because the story pretty much the same.
Then Reborn pretty much explaining how the numbers of the teeth have the victims lost pretty much lined up. The perpetrator is counting down with teeth is... funny. Just why Mukuro.
And he then show Tsuna a paper containing Namimori's Middle School's fighting strength ranking. Tsuna then realize how the orders of the victim matches the Ranking list.
"By the way this ranking list..."
"Yes, it's Fuuta ranking list."
"...Wait, this ranking list- Don't tell me! The next one is!"

Miharu already knows all the story, what will happen next. How this arc is one of the arc that change this world genre. Even so, seeing your favourite character got beaten up badly directly from your own eyes is different story.
She should've been okay.
She watched so much crimes documentary, thiller, like that. These kind of things normally doesn't bother her.
