*Gory descriptions
Our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents itself like so many other small towns all over the world. Safe, decent, innocent. Get closer though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath.
A large mansion, in the middle of nowhere peacefully sits. The parents had to leave early in the morning, leaving the siblings alone to plan an activity for the day, a boat ride. This of course, is referring to the Blossom family, and the siblings being Cheryl Blossom and Jason Blossom.
The name of our town, is Riverdale.
"Jason, where's my white dress?" Cheryl shouts to her sibling as she thoroughly searches her closet.
"How am I supposed to know, your closet has literally everything in there?" Jason humorously remarks, chuckling. He steps into her room, giving her a grateful expression. "Thanks, by the way, for helping me with this."
And our story begins, I guess, to what the Blossom twins were planning to do this summer.
Cheryl pauses her search, returning the smile to Jason. "Of course." She simply says before returning to her current task. Then there's a sudden ring of the sister's phone, which both unspokenly decide to ignore as Jason heads to the front door.
On the fourth of July, just after dawn, Jason and Cheryl were planning to drive to Sweet Water River for an early morning boat ride.
"I'm gonna go start the car, be right back." Jason tells her in a half-excuse. Part of him is really starting to feel nervous, if his dad finds out what they're planning.....
However, someone stalled them before they could get there....
Cheryl doesn't respond, her mind of the conclusion that the white dress has possibly disappeared, but that doesn't make any sense, she'd never-
The phone rings again, Cheryl groans annoyed since the loud noise keeps breaking her train of thought. After waiting for it to back to voicemail, she checks and sees that the same unknown number has called her three times.
'Wow, someone really wants to get a hold, huh?' She mentally wonders. Cheryl keeps ignoring and brain searches herself in case she left somewhere else... No, she couldn't have. In fact, she remembered-
Outside, Jason's phone rings, bringing him out of his nervous thoughts. Seeing that it's a unknown number, he decides to answer it if only to keep himself distracted from his anxious side. "Hello?"
"Hello, is this the Blossoms?" A male stranger's voice is on the other end. "Jason Blossom?"
"Yes?" Jason replies, slightly nervous. "Who is this?"
"You don't recognize? I'm a friend." The stranger answers cryptically. "I'm here to help you leave Riverdale."
"What?" Jason blurts out, his veins feeling a surge of panic. "I.... I don't know what you're talking aobut.... whoever this is."
"Oh, I think you do." The stranger states, sounding serious. "I think you're outside, next to your car, and Cheryl's looking for a nice, pretty, white dress."
Jason feels his veins go cold. "What did you say?"
"You know what I said, idiot." The stranger growls. Jason runs for the house but the voice gets louder. "I wouldn't do that if I were you! Not unless you want your sister to live!"
Jason freezes, knowing that the caller's serious. "What do you want?"
"Oh.... just a little life or death game~" The stranger chuckles with a dark tone. "Horror movie trivia, if you get it wrong, she dies. You call the cops, or run inside, she dies. I'm already calling from inside your home, so don't think you can outrun me."
"You sick fuck!"
"Oh I'm sick.... playboy?" The stranger questions. Jason takes a big breathe, should've known he'd have knowledge of that too. "Let's start with something easy, what's your favorite scary movie, Jason?"
"I-I don't...." Jason stutters, nothing coming to mind. "I don't know.... 'The Birds'? "
"Hmmm.... not exactly my taste, but I've seen that one." The stranger accepts it. "Okay three questions. First, Alfred Hitchcock's cameo, what is he doing?"
Jason mumbles to himself for a bit, part of him wants to run inside, but he also knows that he has to abide to the caller's game until he comes up with something. "He's um.... he's walking two dogs out of the pet store."
"Correct, very good." The stranger congratulates in a sinister tone. "Why did Mitch's client shoot his wife, six times?"
This question comes unexpected, but makes sense, he's no doubt referring to some type of exchange of dialogue, but which was it? As Jason grabs his forehead, he then glances down at his hand and realizes he's sweating. Dang it, what's taking Cheryl so....
The white dress.
The stranger took the white dress, because he's inside the house, and somehow knows she won't leave without it. But she has to leave eventually, so he has to keep playing or come up with a plan. "Tik tock, tik tock, tik tock."
"His wife uh... changed the channel?" Jason slightly guesses, remember something about it in the movie. The stranger at first doesn't say anything, creating a gut retching pause.
"Yes." The stranger breathes, sounds like he didn't expect him to get that question, Jason smirks. "Okay, last and final question, you ready?" He asks, but doesn't wait for an answer. "What time do the Brenners usually eat dinner?"
Okay, this, Jason doesn't remember even if he tried. He sweats again, trying to find another guess, the best he can do is what his parents ususally choose to have dinner. "Uh..... Six, six a clock."
"Tisk, tisk, tisk. I'm sorry Jason, that's the wrong answer." The stranger tells him, filling his heart with dread, he steps towards the mansion, ready to rush to save his sister. "But since I'm so nice... I'll over an alternative."
"What?"
The phone hangs up.
"You!" The stranger, emerging from out of nowhere shouts. He pulls Jason to a pillar, covers his mouth, and stabs his gut. The Blossom squeals in pain, but it's muffled thanks to the killer's glove. The stranger stabs him again, blood drips onto the concrete, he stabs again, Jason feels queasy.
The stranger then pulls them away to the side of the house and into the bushes as Cheryl steps outside of the house. "Jason?" The sister calls out. Jason tries to make a sound, but all that comes out is crimson blood that he spits out.
The stranger forces Jason to face him. "Shhhh....." He brings a finger up to his mask's mouth. "Go to sleep...." He takes off his mask, and Jason can only try to visibly react as he recognizes the face behind it.
Y/N L/N.

Riverdale police scour the town for Jason Blossom, but he completely vanished, as if taken by a ghost.
"If he is dead Hal...." Alice Cooper says to her husband Hal Cooper as they stare at a missing poster. "I hope in those last moments... he suffered. May Jason Blossom burn in hell."
Hal doesn't respond, he hates them too, but is somewhat bothered by that sentence, guess It runs with the family.
Weeks later, nothing has changed. The Blossoms still urge the police to continue their search, torn on if Jason is either alive, or dead. As for us, we were still talking about the July fourth tragedy, on the last day of summer vacation, and a new mystery rolled into town.....
