SoDale Construction Site:

Time passes frequently as the boys all hold their weight, carrying one set of rocks and stones to another. "This is awesome." Moose comments while carrying a slab in each arm. "Moving rocks beats working out in our crappy weight room."

"Hey, Keller!" One of the jocks calls out to Kevin while all the teens are grouped up. "Looking good, looking buff. We should get you on the team." He suggests, though the sheriff's son looks hesitant at the idea.

"I prefer my contact sports one-on-one, you know like.... boxing." Kevin replies, politely shooting them down while Y/N chuckles as he also rolls up next to them.

"Add that to another one of the most stereotypical things about Kevin Keller." Y/N playfully comments with a suggestive voice, laughing as Kevin lightly strikes him on the shoulder. "Hey, you guys remember that poll about who people at Riverdale wanted the Ghostface killer to take out next?" He then brings up, pulling out his phone. "It's now pretty much become a fandom website."

This sparks the others' attention as most of them pull out their phones as well and goes back to the link from the last message the unknown person sent. It's a very weird website, green color being it's theme, which seems to be praising the serial killer for what he or she is doing. "Crazy, right?" Y/N comments.

"Who would be excited for what's happening?" Archie questions, looking at the website as if everyone who visits it should be sent to the psych ward. "I mean, this guy's killed teens as well."

"And teens are most likely the only ones following that web, it's just a secret part of life." Y/N mentions with a shrug. "It's strange, I know."

The teens all glance at each other before splitting back up to their jobs. Archie, Jughead, and Y/N although having different minds, wonder the same thing, who started that poll in the first place?

"Pretty handy with that wheelbarrow, Archie." Jughead comments, breaking the silence between him and the redhead. "You know, if the whole music thing doesn't pan out, you can always have manual labor as a fallback."

"Don't even joke, I did this all summer long, remember?" Archie brings up with a chuckle, looking forward as he thinks about that possibility. "My dad loves this kind of work, and I love him, but...."

"No, I know. Your dad's path is not for you." Jughead notes with an understanding tone as he glances down. "Trust me, I get it."

"He works his ass off for me, bro. Never asks for anything. Always has my back, even when I mess up." Archie comments with a very appreciative voice. "So, if having his back means I gotta haul some rocks, then bring it on."

"Agreed, your dad's got my back too." Jughead nods as they make it to their stop where Archie unloads the heavy pile of rocks. "More than some people..."

"Exactly."

Riverdale Police Station:

Sheriff Keller, doing what he's always gonna be doing with a serial killer in town, goes over the recent evidence in his office, which he now stays at thanks to his own home proving to be unsafe after the break-in.

His desk's phone then rings, prompting him to immediately answer it on the possible suspicion of it being his two fellow detectives. "Yeah?"

"It's Markus, turns out our theory might be closer to the truth than we thought." The detective reports, much to the Keller's confirmation. "Her only alibi for the nights or days of each murder is that she was either at work, or at home, nothing else."
