As Jules walked through the forest, he couldn't help but think about Nikki's betrayal and the similarities between her and her brother, Wilbur Soot. Both had acted out of desperation and a desire for change, even if it meant turning on those closest to them. Jules remembered hearing about Wilbur's actions in L'Manburg, how he had blown up the nation he had helped to create. It was a shocking betrayal, and one that had left many of his former allies reeling. In some ways, Nikki's actions were similar. She had taken resources from the group and planned to leave them behind, believing that they were never going to find justice for Johnson. Jules understood her frustration, but he couldn't help feeling hurt by her betrayal. As the group continued their journey, Jules wondered if he would ever see Nikki again. He hoped that she would find what she was looking for, but he couldn't help but worry about her safety. In this world, it was hard to survive on your own, and Jules knew that Nikki was taking a big risk by leaving the group. But Jules also knew that they had to keep moving forward. They couldn't let Nikki's betrayal or any other obstacle stand in their way. They had a mission to complete, and they would do whatever it took to see it through to the end.
