"Mama you ready?" I yelled running down the steps. Tonight was the night, Prom, I'd waited for this night for the longest and the love of my life was taking me.
"Felicia can you come in here for a second?" my dad yelled from the living room "wassup dad?" I said sitting on the couch next to him "Felicia, I just want you to know that I know this night is important to you and I hope it is as special as you and he better treat you like a queen-" "dad he does okay? and this night will be perfect, if you don't mind I have a hair appointment so i'll see you later" I said gettin up and walking to go get my keys. I walk to my car and head to my appointment
2 HOURS LATER
I finished up with my hair and makeup appointment so I slide through Wendy's to grab some food for me and to take some food to my baby Ronnie. He was at the barbershop with his boys. I knew his greedy ass would be hungry. When I pulled up I texted Jaylee to come get his food, so Ronnie wouldn't see me, also he didn't know I was bringing him food.
"Thanks Jaylee, Tell him I'll see him later" I said handing him the food
"alright sis" He walked back inside and I pulled off. I had one more stop to make.
RONNIE'S POV:
"Yo this kid is really in love with her aren't you" teased the boys in the shop
"She really got a nigga's back" I explained to them.
Jaylee walked back in and walked over to me, "aye Felicia said she will see you later"
"damn shawty brought you lunch without asking?" one of the barbers said
CALL'S FELICIA
Felicia: Hey baby, is something wrong with your food?
Me: No not at all, I was calling to thank you babygirl. You really be looking out for me
Felicia: I look out for me and mines, daddy gotta eat too
Me: defiantly going to be eating something else later
Felicia: ha I gotta go, i'll text you when I'm headed home okay?
Me: alright queen, I love you
Felicia: I love you too
ENDS CALL WITH FELICIA
I paid my barber and me and the bros rolled out. We all picked up our tuxes and I head back to drop everyone off. It was around 3 and I had a couple of hours to burn before going home to get ready. I headed over to Tiffany's and picked up my queen a little something.
By the time I got back home it was around 3:30 I had to be at Felicia's house at 4:30 to take picture's. I got home and started getting ready.
FELICIA'S POV
It was 3 when I got back to my house. Everything was done. Hair, nails, makeup. Everything was perfect. The only thing I had to do was put my dress on. My dress was a white strapless with black swirls on the top, it was a big Cinderella, bride dress. It was beautiful and I fell in love the second I saw it.
My mom helped me get into my dress
"Felicia you look so perfect" she said once it was completely on and everything was on.
"you really think so-" "wow baby sister you look beautiful" Rashard interrupted me. He was standing in the door way with his tux on. My mom left to give us a moment
"Shard you look so handsome" I said walking over to him fixing his tie " Tamera is a very lucky girl"
"No Felicia, Ronnie is, you make sure he knows that. I have something for you" he said pulling a box out of his pocket.
It was our grandmothers diamond necklace that she gave to me, Rashard had gotten it fixed and polished. "oh my Shard thank you so much" I said tearing up
"No, you look too stunning to cry" he said putting the necklace on me :now lets not keep our dates waiting" He took my hand and we walked down the steps together Ronnie and Tamera both waiting down stairs with their family's and our parents first Rashard walked in to go to Tamera, who looked perfect in her red tight fitting gown.
Ronnie walked over to the staircase his eyes staring me up and down, I thought something was wrong, but then he just screamed "OH MY FUCKING GOD!!" you look so perfect babygirl, no one could be this perfect"
all I do was blush, he just kept staring, then he put me of snapchat "Bankers why is she so perfect?"
After he relaxed a little we took pictures with everyone. we all got in the limo and went to dinner then we headed to prom.
Everything was just as I dreamed. I had the best date the best dress and the greatest time with all the people I love. It was time to present prom queen and king and Ronnie had been nominated for king so we were really anxious.
And your 2016 Stoney Creek High School Prom Queen is......Jasmine Villeges. Everyone cheered for her

In my head I was really hoping that it wasn't Ronnie because that meant that he would have to dance solo with Jasmine, and let's not forget that she is his ex.
Ronnie Hackett, everyone screamed as the spotlight dropped on him and I. He hugged and Kissed me and then ran up on stage. Knowing Ronnie he was going to know how I was feeling about, but I wanted this to be about him.
RONNIE'S POV:
Wow I can't believe I actually got Prom king, but I just wish my beautiful queen, but now I have to dance with Jasmine .
"You look so good Ronnie" Jasmine said pulling me tighter into her
"The only reason I'm dancing with you is because I have to" I said pulling back
Once the dance was over I went right back to Felicia.
FELICIA POV
"May I have this dance?" someone from behind me asked
I turned around to see Ronnie "of course" I said walking with him I the dance floor as thinking bout you- Frank Ocean played in the background
"I love you so much for all of this, this has been the best night of my life Ron" I said laying my head on his chest
"I am just happy that we could do this together, but trust me this night is not over" he replied with a forehead kiss and a tighter grip on my waist.
Me and Ronnie ditched the last hour of Prom. We drove for what felt like forever but when we finally stop it was this beautiful wooden cabin, his family cabin. He gets out to open the my door and we walked up to the door.
"You always have something up your sleeve Ronald" I said blushing as I walked through the door
"all of this is for you, my queen" He said hugging me from behind. He pulled out the blue box he got from tiffany's.
I was so filled with joy!
