V's pov

I was busy texting Lizzy when I suddenly got a message from N. ''I'm staying with uzi tonight'' he wrote. Well, nothing new for him and me. He was constantly with uzi and less with me. which i actually WAS pretty AWESOME because i didn't have to babysit anymore and was able to spend more time with lizzy and doll.

The Next Day

N's pov

I sat in Uzi's room and waited for her to come back because she said she had a surprise for me. I took a closer look at the drawings lying on uzi's desk. ''N? I have something for you'' Uzi was already back in the room. I ran up to her and waited excitedly for her to show me. She took it out and it was a uhm... what was that thing? ''Uhh what's that?'' I asked uzi. Seriously N? Like you don't know what a muffin is.'' ''Muffin?'' I asked. Uzi rolled her eyes and placed it in my hand. "What is that from or WHAT exactly is that?" I then asked again. ''*sigh* that's a muffin. it is something edible and if you pour in the right ingredients when baking, it tastes wonderful. Also, I made it extra out of oil, since I'm sure you wouldn't like other things that much'' ''Oh... ok, can I try it?'' ''I made it for that, dumbass :)'' ''Ok :D'' I said and immediately bit into the so-called 'muffin' when I tasted how it was, it was simply the best thing I've ever tasted (after uzi's oil of course) ''WOAH UZI, THAT REALLY TASTES YUMMY!'' I said to her and she smiled. "It's nice that you like it so much," she said and hugged me. We sat down on the couch again while I happily devoured the 'muffin'. Then I looked at uzi. I wanted to ask her something I'd been wanting to ask her for a while, but I always backed down. But now I have to ask her. "Hey Uzi uh..." I started. she looked at me innocently. ''shit she looks so innocent and sweet'' I thought. "I... just wanted you a little..." I kept trying. It was difficult to say but then I just screamed out of myself ''I WANTED TO ASK YOU IF YOU WANTED TO GO ON A REAL DATE WITH ME.'' Realizing what had just happened I put my hands over my mouth. She looked at me shocked at first. but from the shocked face, the expression turned into happiness and she said ''sure, why not.^^'' she said happily and she hugged me tightly that I blushed very badly. ''How about tonight...?'' she said ''Sure, if you want that's fine'' I said with a happy face. *vibration* I vibrated and a message appeared on my visor from V. ''Come here now! we have a problem'' wrote V. I then looked at uzi and said ''I have to go to V'' ''Aww...can't you stay a little longer?'' she asked me. ''I'm sorry but I think this is an emergency. We'll see each other again tonight :)'' I said. and then she agreed. I hugged her at the end and left

I was on my way to V and when I got there she looked very hurt. ''V!?! what happened'' I yelled and ran towards her. ''A creature from the forest... it attacked me...'' she said weakly. "What kind of being?" I asked her. but my question was answered when i saw it myself. the being that i... have seen before. It was exactly what I've actually seen before. ''*dark voice* where is she!...'' the creature said while twitching eerily "Who?" I then asked. ''Uzi!'' said the figure in an even more somber voice. ''Why do you want to know that? She belongs in the colony, she belongs to me! ONLY MINE! She is my girl! ONLY MINE!!'' I said while screaming. ''This creature probably wanted to harm her. No, that shouldn't happen, not before our first REAL DATE!'' I thought to myself, ''What kind of date?'' the creature then said. but it didn't sound so gloomy anymore... it sounded like.... a Questioning? ''Wow... apparently it can also read minds T-T'' I thought again. But I also heard something in my head ''Yes I can!'' ''WHAT THE-'' I then said out loud. It all got a little too spooky for me so I took V and......... ran to survive. But I was surprised that this creature didn't follow us. Still, I ran with how very fast. Until we finally got to the huge door of copper-9. I exhaled as we were sheltered behind the safe door. I went to my house and picked out a smart and nice suit while still thinking about the event that happened not so long ago.
