Chap-17

Eesha's POV:

       "So Mr. Devesh, why do you want to marry my bestfriend. You don't even know her?" asked Nithya. "I get it that you don't trust me, but believe me i can't find anybody who can take of care of my son like Miss.Eesha does. I have to prove to the court that I am eligible. Reyansh is my only hope to live, i can't imagine a life without him. So i would do any thing to have him with me" replied Mr.Devesh i can see that my friends are partially convinced.

        "So you are marrying her coz you want someone to take care of your son, not out of love??" Asked Kiara, why does this idiot come up with these stupid question. I just sent her a glance which she royally ignored. Bitch.

          "Love. I think so that doesn't exist in my life. If you think I am selfish, it's okay. But Miss. Eesha is not going to be just a women who will take care of my son. She will be lady of my house, mother of my son and wife of mine. But I don't know whether I can be the husband she wants, It's not like iam gay and all. But my past still haunts me,so i can't give her that position in my hear, maybe in future but I am not ready to give false hopes. But no matter what I will respect her. She will get all privileges and rights as my wife" He said without panicking, and full of confidence.

         " How can we trust you sir, you are going to marry her without love, what if you cheat her? What if you are not loyal to her??" Asked Veer, are they high at afternoon itself or what, the fuck they are asking. I am just soo embarrassed to face sir. "Don't worry about that, even if my life depends on it, i won't cheat or betray her as i know how much it kills a person from inside"  he said with pain in his eyes, he has a past. Iam sure that look, that painful eyes, iam very familiar with them.

       "Sir, you know nothing about her past, yet why are you so confident in marrying her. What if she is a murderer or a wanted criminal"  i snapped head towards Sanjay, who asked the stupidest question, i just sent him a glare for which he gave me sheepish smile. Iam not cooking biriyani for this idiot. Let him beg😒. "Everyone has a past Mr.Sanjay, even me too, but it's not gonna judge you who you are today. It made you who you are today. So i don't care about her past and i will also not force her to reveal it to me. It's her wish, even if she tells me I am not going to judge, coz it's her past, it's over there is no use in discussing about matters which are already over. So I am okay if she is not gonna tell me. If she wants, then i am ready to listen." He said. These words just made me admire this man even more.

        There was pin drop silence. Reyansh was asleep in my arms as it was nap time. "Marry him" said Kiara "What???" I asked, my eyes widened. "Yes, she is right marry him"said Sanjay " Not you to yaar, you guys know what happened to me right??" I said tears welled up in my eyes "We know, that's why we are telling. Please marry him Eesha ma. You will be the old you, you will be our old Eesha,"  said Nithya "Yes, Eesha ma you get married to him" said Veer. All of them were staring my face. Waiting for my answer.

          My friends have never compelled me to do anything if it's going to end up bad, if they all are insisting then it's going to be good. And I am ready to do whatever to keep sir and Ansh close, as i know the pain of losing a child. Your own Child. "Okay, I will marry him" i said . All of them cheered. Devesh sir, sent me smile and mouthed me a thanks with tears in his eyes. Gosh his smile 😍. "But guys, how am i going to convince my parents?" I asked my friends. "Leave it to us, we will talk to aunty and uncle. You will hear a yes from then." Saud Kia. At that time my door bell was heard.

       Mrs. Sean entered" Oh hii guys, i didn't know you were all hear. You people had your lunch"  asked aunt maria. She is a sweetheart. " Hii aunt M. We just came by. We didn't had our lunch yet can you make us you famous pasta" said Veer. He is a foodie person. That man loves food over anything literal anything😶. "Oh sure honey i will be back in 30" Aunt Maria said and rushed out. " Sir you to wait and join us for lunch"  said Nithya. For which he just nodded. Soon aunt Maria came with her pasta and served to us, after lunch sir went coz he had a meeting. He took Ansh also along with him. Soon my friends also left. After sending them i saw the clock it was already 7.30 and i was not in the mood to cook. I went to my room had a warm bath and went to Aunt M's home. She had made rice and vegetable stew for dinner, i had a tummy full meal and came back to my home, watched a movie and called it a day as i have work tomorrow.
