Chapter Fifteen

"Taehyung open the door please" The shouting in the Jeon mansion could be heard from the outside.

Jungkook pushed past his parents who were trying to open the Taehyung room door. "I don't know what happened. I came to give Tae food but the door was shut. He was crying but now I can't hear anything" Mrs. Jeon cries scared for the boy.

"Tae opens the door!" Jungkook shouts trying to open the door.

But even after minutes of trying to open the door, no response came from inside. "Fuck!" Jungkook shouts and breaks the door open.

The second the doors open, jungkook's heart drops at the sight of his friend. Taehyung was on his bed, his eyes shut with tears strained. But what made Jungkook drop to his knees was the large cut on Taehyung's left wrist. His phone was open and he could see the same article open on it.

"Tae'' Jungkook's parents ran for the boy while Jungkook couldn't move from the floor.

"Jungkook! We have to take him to the hospital!" his father shouts at his son but Jungkook was far gone in his fears.

His heart was burning from fear and his eyes could barely be open to see his best friend in that state. "Jungkook listen-" his father couldn't finish his words when he saw his son fall, but being the sensible one he had already called the ambulance and waited anxiously while his wife cried for her son and Taehyung.

"Doctor, how is Taehyung's condition?" Mr. Jeom asked as he watched the doctor coming out of Taehyung's room.

The doctor sighs "It was closed, thankful the cut wasn't as deep to cause danger. But the cut has left an insignificant amount of blood loss for which we had to give him blood." The doctor said,

"And Jungkook?" Mrs. Jeon asked.

This time the doctor paused and his face caused worries which scared the parents. "As we have already discussed with Mrs. Jeon, too much stress isn't good for Jungkook. His condition isn't getting better. The least we can do is prevent any situation that can cause more danger. I don't know what caused Jungkook to faint this time but I am sure it was very shocking. Especially seeing Taehyung in that condition must have scared him badly. I suggested you let both the kids not be so stressed. Maybe the best we can do for now is a change of environment, anything to take their minds off whatever they are dealing with" the doctor suggested. Mr. and Mrs. Jeon both stared at each other worried for their son encased and they don't know how to help him, they can only pray that their son soon gets better.

It was in the afternoon when Jungkook slowly with the help of the nurse came into Taehyung's room and seeing his friend on the bed laying with wires and medication scares him. He lifted his arm to touch Taehyung's soft ones, his eyes becoming watery. Taehyung felt the touch and pain opened his eyes.

"Hey" Jungkook whispered while watching him, Taehyung took a deep guilty breath and replied with a small "hi".

"I am sorry" Taehyung lets out with a broken tone.

"I am mad at you for doing what you did but you don't have to apologize, just.....please don't ever scare me like that again, don't be that selfish towards me" Jungkook begged holding onto his hands.

"I don't know what to do Jungkook.....Everyone knows" Taehyung cries not being able to hold back anymore.

"Hey you listen to me," Jungkook says cupping Taehyung's face in his hands. "It's scary I know and I am sorry I couldn't do anything. What they know is not the truth, what you know is. Don't beat yourself up for something you went through. Eveoknows yes but that doesn't mean they think wrong of you or anything. You are a victim of a horrible situation, you don't have to be scared of it" Jungkook tries to assure but Taehyung was very much scared.
