Gruggy Wuggy and the Three Babes, Part 2 - Reunion

            Or so it seemed. After his lovey dovey time with Grug, Gru rushed over to Grinch's frail mutilated body, hoping he could salvage any life that might so happen to remain. "Grinchie, oh my darling doodle, polease do not leave my side," Gru rushed in a quiet voice. "Gruuty... is that you?" Grinch painfully opened one of his eyes, the other staying shut due to his fractured skull bits being in the way. "Yes my litt'ole angel, it is I, Gru will fix you right up," He whispered reassuringly. Gru picked Grinch up carefully, trying his best not to cause any more damage, though he could hear the bones cracking. Grinch let out a quiet squeal as he was lifted from the ground, which pained Gru to hear. On the way back to the lab, where doctor Nefario could easily heal Grinch's wounds, Gru whispered sweet nothings into Grinch's ears, to attempt to calm him. This worked, and eventually the Grinch fell asleep in Gru's arms.

            The lab door opened with a bang, making the minions shutter in fear. "What had happened?" they wondered, "Why was Gru in such a furious mood?" Gru set Grinch on a table in front of doctor Nefario. "What the 'ell happened 'ere? Who'd do such a thing to the hottest green baddie?" Nefario said, disappointed. "It was Grug," spouted Gru, "He took out my poor pistachio after he declined Grug's love... He was so loyal... I'll never forgive Grug for this!" Storming out of the room he thought how un-loyal he had been. "I swear I only did it with him to protect us.. to get us out of there..." he said under his breath. He stormed up to his room, crying. How could he have been this unfaithful.. "It should've been me! 😫😔" gru screamed into his pillow. It was a long night, but eventually he was fast asleep, reassured by the thought of Grinch's revival the coming morning.

            Gru was awoken by a soft, affectionate kiss on the lips. Could it- it could only be- Grinch! "Oh my goodness gracious, is that you schmoopsy poo?" - "The one and only 😏" Returned Grinch. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you my green eggs and ham," Gru cried, "I had to sleep with Gruggy to get us to safety." - "Don't worry about it my best villain in the world." Grinch said. "I still love you to the moon and back." They both stared deeply into the other's eyes; smiling softly, Grinch leaned in for a kiss.
