"You're late, Ms.Yoon, again..." my teacher announced my presence once I entered the classroom

I sighed and looked at her, "I had to go to the bathroom..."

"You should've gone before you left your home, or right when you arrived at school"

"I'm sorry, it won't happen again"

"Mhm, I'm sure," she says sarcastically

When I wasn't facing her I rolled my eyes, 'It isn't my fault I only needed to pee at that moment...'

I lifelessly took my seat and the teacher began to speak again

"Alright, so you have physical education later in the afternoon, everything else is on the regular schedule"

She continued talking about the classes we had today and other essential things she needed to announce

"Also your physics class will be canceled today since there is no teacher available to substitute"

Everyone cheered, every subject was the worst. But physics? It wasn't a pleasant topic to discuss

"Does anyone have any questions?"

A student raised their hand, "Related to school?" and the student lowered their hand which caused everyone to laugh at him

After a while, someone else raised their hand, and the teacher acknowledged it

"Is it true that there will be a new student?"

Everyone looked at the teacher, we were all curious about what her answer would be

She sighed and nodded her head, "Yes that is true"

Soon plenty of hands were raised ready to ask about the new student, she paused and asked everyone to put down their hands

"You can ask more about the student once he arrives, so please. Hold on to your questions"

Everyone frowned and was disappointed, even me. I wanted to ask and know a little bit more about the student

"If that's all, nothing more to ask. About school! Then please prepare for your next class"

Everyone bid goodbye to the teacher before we all stood up and soon the classroom was filled with the voices of everyone

We were all talking about the same thing, the new student

I walked up to Narae after getting my stuff and we were now walking together

"I'm so excited about this new student!"

"We get new students every year..."

"I know, but this student is transferring in the middle of the semester. Of course, this student is the main topic, Do you think he or she would be in our class?"

"I don't know..."

She looked at me and I looked at her, she gave me a particular look, didn't really know how to describe it
