While his makeup artist and his stylist are taking care of his look, Simon is also practicing the song that he and Irish will be singing together later. He made sure that his voice is stable so that there will be no mistakes when he sings. In 21 years of Simon's existence, this is the very first time he will sing in front of thousands or millions, rather, of people. The very first person who heard him sing was Irish. That was before, when they were kids. Second are his group mates, manager, and the producer. That time is when they force Simon to sing so that he will be given a part in the chorus of their song. The situation at that time became awkward after he cracked his voice when he started to sing. And now is the third time. Even his parents didn't hear him sing before, but now the people all around the world will witness his terrible voice!

"NO!" Simon suddenly shouted, making everyone look at him in confusion. Simon has his eyes wide open, cupping his both faces while staring at nowhere. His makeup artists and stylist have stopped what they were doing as they were surprised by his actions. Simon didn't even notice his hyung approaching him.

"What's wrong?" Junki asked. Simon looks up to him while pouting

"Hyung, what if I mess up?" Simon worried. The leader heaved a sigh as he sat next to Simon to comfort him. The artists had also finished their job to give the two a space.

"Simon, you've been practicing non-stop. I know you'll be fine, besides you're too talented to make a mistake. Just trust yourself, we are always here for you" Junki patted Simon's head, he then gave him a reassuring smile, making Simon's burden lifted a little.

While comforting the young man, Junki couldn't help but think about the abnormal stamina the boy has. Ever since they were a trainee, Simon never showed any fatigue or tiredness, he only pants heavily but he still can move as strongly as if he just didn't come from excessive training. Behind the success of every artist in Bavin entertainment, all of them went from a hellish training. Most of them got hospitalized while the others fainted. But Simon, he is the only one who acts like everything they are doing is nothing, other trainees even give him a nickname of monster rookie.

In Bavin Entertainment, their trainees should start practicing dancing from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.. During that period, they only have a water break. Their Dance training is not only limited to dancing with the beat, they should learn every skill of dance moves, especially dance break. If they fail to show any improvements in one week, they'll be eliminated right away. From 7:01 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. is resting time. 7:31 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. is vocal and rap training. Every artist should know how to rap and sing, but they let Simon's case slide since he is talented and strong enough to survive. From 9:31 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. is their breakfast time, they are not allowed to eat more than one bread as they have to keep their body light to be able to dance easily, at least that's the company's beliefs. 9:41 a.m. to 10:41 a.m. is preparation and promotion. 10:41 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. is preparation for a live show. 11:01 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. is the live show of the entertainment, where the trainees will show their performance, and survive in the elimination process. During commercial break, the trainees would secretly eat some foods to cure their hunger, luckily none of them tried to rat-out to the higher ups. Simon didn't show any difficulty despite the tiring schedules and less food intake, he only drank water and could just move perfectly fine. Most of the trainees are also students, making it hard for them to catch up, thus a lot drop out from school or give up being a trainee. After the live show they, spent the remaining time until 8:00 p.m. to work on their talents and skills, especially composing and producing a song. At 8:01p.m. to 8:30 p.m. is their dinner time, they are only allowed to eat vegetable salad. 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. is the practice dancing again, to perfect their performance. Simon being a slow learner would practice until 2:00 a.m. to catch up with everyone. Junki that time got anxious, worrying that his body might give up because of too much hard work. But Simon remains the same. Up until now, the boy is still working hard but his stamina doesn't seem to decrease. Although it shows to his appearance that he is tired, his movements remain constant. But still, Junki couldn't help but got worried. Additionally, Simon was also a student that time

Simon and Irish prepared themselves to sing together on the stage as an opening remark of the show. While waiting for them to be called, Irish held Simon's hand to let him know that everything will be fine. The weights in Simon's chest completely lifted up as he felt the young lady's hand. The two of them smiled to each other warmly before going on the stage

"Wow! We always heard Simon practice singing but hearing his voice right now, I'm totally speechless and amazed" Hyunjin commented

"I literally felt goosebumps when they started singing. Hyung has been playing humble ever since" Cheehul complained like a child.

The members smiled at the sight of their group mate shining so bright on the stage. While watching him, they couldn't help but be proud of Simon.

"Is this the feeling of being a parent watching their child growing its wings?" Junki jokingly wiped his fake tears as the others laughed.

"But kidding aside, look at how beautiful the two of them are. This is the first time I saw Simon looking so confident. He looks... Complete" said Mingji. Everyone looked at the 2nd oldest of the group, they then return their attention to Simon to witness what Mingji had state "They always claim that they are not in love, but why do i have a feelings that they are just afraid of admitting it" Minji added

"There are only two possibilities. They might or they might not aware yet" Junki responded

At the moment, while the two of them are singing, they can't help but to feel something weird from their stomach. Their hearts are also beating faster, that it compliments each other's heartbeat without them realizing. Both Irish's and Simon's eyes were full of emotions. Suddenly, all they could think and see was each other's existence. Despite the strong banging inside their chest, they are still comfortable knowing that the person they considered as their other half is with them.

"I have never felt this way before. Never in my whole existence" Irish thought as they both finish the song. Everyone cheered and clapped their hands loudly. Fans and artists shouted their name as they all teased the couple on the stage. That night was magical. It was just an award show for the artists, but it turned into a scene of the main couple in a fictional story. The moment couldn't be described with words

"May the writer of your story give you a happy ending" Jeongin said in his mind while witnessing a beautiful encounter.
