Shining Moment [Completed]

Chapter 20

The door of the room in the hospital suddenly burst open. Everyone turned to Irish who just arrived at the moment. The lady lingered her eyes to the people in there, and noticed the tiredness in their eyes. It is visible on their face that they haven't got any sleep. After examining the people present there, Irish turned her attention to the person who's lying peacefully on the hospital bed.

"Simon's mother had her blood pressure rise. She's currently being treated" Junki informed. Irish nodded once as a response

Although Irish is wearing a poker face, her eyes are telling a lot of unspoken words. She slowly walks her way to Simon's side as everyone leaves the room to give them space. Irish gently touches the hair of her fiance, she then caresses his face while her tears are streaming down through her skin. She doesn't know what to think, what to feel, or what to do. Suddenly, she lost the sense of thinking. She's hurt, her chest feels heavy, but she could feel the emptiness of her heart... She knows one thing, and that's what made her wake up from her fantasy... No one will stay.

Irish stood there for a minute while in a daze, After that she left the room. Everyone was surprised when they saw the lady come out of the room. She looks at them for a while before looking at her manager. Jeongin's expression sank immediately after understanding Irish's gaze. Without any words, Irish left the place.

"Irish" a soft voice of a young girl called the lady. Irish stopped walking as she slowly turned her head to the source of voice. Her emotionless face started to change

"Crimsyn" her voice cracked. The girl immediately ran to the lady and hugged her. Being caught in a warm embrace, Irish couldn't help but Burst in tears. She cried out loud as the girl was comforting her. People passing by paid no attention as they were aware of the situation. Simon's case was already spread through variety of social media

"I'm here" Crimsyn said while patting Irish's head. She let the lady cry onto her shoulder and waited patiently for her to calm down. After a few minutes of staying in those position, Crimsyn assisted Irish to walk, they both completely left the hospital

Crimsyn called Jeongin to let him know that she'll bring Irish to her house. Jeongin told her a few reminders before they ended the call. Throughout the whole time until they arrived at the girl's house, the two of them stayed quiet. Irish being lost in her thoughts while Crimsyn respectfully gives space to the young lady.

Crimsyn took care of Irish. She prepared a warm bath for her, made milk, and served some cookies. She also cut a slice of cake as it is one of the comfort foods of Irish. After taking a bath, Irish started digging into the foods that the young girl prepared. Crimsyn took the spot opposite to her and started to eat her own food. The two respect each other's silence. Apparently, despite being mentally and emotionally unstable, she's not being difficult to herself and to the people around her (maybe it's because she's with Crimsyn). Irish maybe feeling lost, empty, and such but she's slowly adapting, accepting and bringing back herself up again.

"Simon" after observing the atmosphere for a while, Crimsyn decided to break the silence by bringing up the sensitive topic.

"I already know. Leon sent me the complete details" Irish responded normally, but her hands started to tremble after remembering the contents of the information.

"Don't be reckless, Irish" Crimsyn said worriedly. Irish looks at to the young girl's face, she observe her expression for a while before meeting her gaze

Irish gave her a soft smile "Thank you, Syn" she said genuinely and full of emotions. Seeing the lady's expression, Crimsyn already knew. She knows what will happen and what will Irish do. But she can't do anything to stop the young lady. She can only hope that the action Irish will do won't bring any harm to her

After eating, Crimsyn washes the plates and glasses they used. Irish sat in the living room for a while. When the owner of the house came out from the kitchen, she led Irish to her room so that the lady could take a rest. Crimsyn also went to her own room and read some books before she decided to sleep as she'll have her training at 8 PM.

At 6:42 PM, Crimsyn suddenly woke up from her sleep. She went to her mini fridge inside her room, to drink water. After satisfying her thirst, she decided to prepare for her evening training. Taking a bath, changing clothes, drying and tying her hair, and checking her appearance on the mirror, being satisfied with how she looks, Crimsyn left her bedroom. She prepares a small amount of food for her dinner, since she just ate a while ago, she's not hungry at all.

Before leaving, Crimsyn went to Irish's room to check on her. Although she doesn't want to let the lady know that she's on her way for the training, she needs to pay respects to the older one. After knocking three times on the door, the young girl opened it only to see an empty room. There's no Irish lying on the bed nor she's anywhere inside the room. Crimsyn frowned as she smiled bitterly.

"She has all the information she needs after all" she stated in her mind and left the house

While checking the white crystal clear liquid under the microscope, Leon called out her attention

"Your Idol is live right now, Crim" he said and showed a live video from his phone. The young girl stopped what she's doing and turned her attention to the boy's phone. Her eyes widened in surprise upon seeing the video

"You're a psychopath! What are you so worked up for when Simon is still alive? He's just in a coma, isn't he? Can't you just wait for him to wake up you b*tch?!!" A man being tied up in a chain shouted. His whole face is covered with his own blood while his body is full of fresh wounds. Anyone who'll watch the video will certainly wince

Irish laughs maniacally, she then choked the man as she responded "A dead human won't wake up anymore, you f*cking useless piles of proteins!!"
