Empty coffee cups, stacks of papers, a never-ending ring of her desk phone, and endless pings of email on her computer made [Name] want nothing more than to sign her early retirement and leave this business. A knock at her door nearly made her jump, but she was successfully pulled from her thoughts.
As she shouted out for the person to enter, she was typing away on her computer, before looking up and over to see her assistant and a small bag in his hand, "Your one o'clock appointment is here, do you wish for me to send them in?" He placed the small bag on her desk as he watched their eyes lit up a tiny bit at the contents inside, a muffin.
She nodded a bit, and looked up before thanking him, Alhaitham nodded before sighing and crossing his arms. "As your underling I won't say it, but as your friend, you look absolutely terrible. Have you been taking breaks [Name]?" She stuffed her mouth with the pastry to avoid speaking, as her secretary shook his head with his eyebrows furrowed.
"As much I would scold you, now isn't the time, as least clean up your mess a bit before I bring in your client, okay?" [Name] nodded just as Alhaitham turned on his heel and left the room, once again it was silent. She picked up her mess a bit and got rid of a few papers from on top of her desk to a shelf beside herself.
"Here is your one o'clock appointment; Kamisato Ayato and Ayaka, and their assistant, Thoma," and with that Alhaitham took his spot in standing with behind [Name] to be her brain a bit. She smoothed out her clothes waving a bit to Thoma, who in turn did the same before facing the siblings who sat in front of her desk. "Nice to see the Kamisato siblings again, how have you two been?"
Ayato smiled a bit, "We've been good, but we heard the news, who knew your ex could be such a scumbag?" [Name]'s polite smile dropped for a second, and Ayaka lightly pinched her brother's side, he let out a small yelp and turned to glare at his sister. "What Ayato meant to say was, how are you doing?" [Name] waved a hand at the two nervously with her smile still present.
Alhaitham cleared his throat, "As much as [Name] wouldn't mind idle chit chat any other time, she is a bit busy today, so please if you two could speed things up before her next appointment, that would be much appreciated," Ayato turned to give a small glare, but Alhaitham didn't even look slightly bothered by the man's gaze.
Ayaka let out a small nervous laugh as she nodded, "What we came to do..." Thoma leaned down to whisper in the woman's ear as she gasped then nodded before clasping her hands together. "[Name]! Me and my brother wanted you to help us a bit. Since Ayato and I both have done a bit of modeling, we were wondering if we could set up a show with you?"
[Name] sighed as she looked over to Alhaitham, his gaze told her everything she needed to know. "If you can get me at least twelve more models, and a specific theme of what you want then we could set up a date... And where would you want this show to take place?"
Ayaka nervously looked at her brother as he sighed, "We wanted it to be at your art museum, if that wouldn't be a hassle," [Name] frowned as she looked over to Alhaitham who in turned crossed his arms. "So, you would like [Name] to run a show, design the clothes, and hold the event in her own buildings? How would that in turn benefit her?"
Ayato smirked, "It would simply gain more attention, but it will also boost some sales from other people who would be interested in their brand," [Name] sighed as leaned back in her chair, "So basically, you want me to fund a show out of nowhere, host it in my museum, then turn to gain some popularity with you two being in the show?"
Ayato looked over to Ayaka who frowned, "I'm sorry, but I can't do that. Simply put, I don't see a need in exposure, and if you wanted then I would have asked you two to join I the next show, but this is a bit... Entitled of you two, so please, see yourselves out. I have more paperwork and overlooking some stuff, so I am rather busy," the two siblings stood up, and put up no fight against her wishes and left without another word.
[Name] sighed sinking into her seat but sprang up once their door opened once more, "You have another appointment in a few minutes, no time to sleep [L/Name]," her assistant said as he made way over to her. "Who is it with? I don't need more stress and another meaningless meeting with a few more idiots..."
Alhaitham shook his head, "You just need to go through with at least one more meeting, then if you want, I can clear your schedule," [Name] groaned as she slump in her seat, "Please do, I just need a damn nap," Alhaitham's eyes trailed to her figure and he let a small chuckle escape his lips. "As much as it fuels my enjoyment of seeing you act like a child, you need to sit up properly or else you'll hurt your back."
[Name] waved her hand dismissively at him just as her door opened, the two of them snapping their heads over to the door. A man with lovely blonde hair, and a pair of ruby red eyes, made [Name]'s breath hitch in her throat as she stared a bit, a blush rising to her cheeks, this man was absolutely beautiful.
They way he walked, the way he smiled, but it dropped as he took notice of the other man present in the room, one he was all too familiar with. "Alhaitham!?" He shouted a bit shocked at the presence of his housemate, working under such a powerful person like [Name] [L/Name].
