Kaveh frowned as he looked at the floorplan, he sketched out then back at some of his workers that were nailing wooden planks to the floor, "Have any of you seen [Name]? I need her opinion on a few things." One of the workers wiped away their face and pointed in a random direction before Kaveh took off without another word.

Navigating through workers and unfinished rooms the blond carefully made his way into the unfinished house looking around for his beloved. "[Name]," he called out hoping for a response only to be met with silence in return before he heard laughing down an unfinished hall. "[Name]?" He walked by a few rooms without walls, and plastic everywhere.

He rounded the corner only to pause at [Name] laughing around with a worker, his white hair pulled out of his face. "And then what?" [Name] asked with a shimmering excitement in her eyes as she were listening to his story. "Mr. Arataki, what are you doing?" [Name] and the male turned to Kaveh as if she've been caught doing something she weren't supposed to do.

"Your lover here, offered me a break," Kaveh huffed at the workers words before giving a small glare to [Name] who in turned looked elsewhere. "Just go back to work outside, have someone else do flooring in here." The male nodded his boyish grin not faltering as he took his tools with him leaving the two in the semi-finished room.

"[Name]," Kaveh started as he sighed pinching the bridge of his nose a bit annoyed. "You can't keep getting the workers distracted. This is a big place, and if you keep getting someone distracted, this home of yours will never be finished." He moved to wrap his arms around her waist as his chin rested on her shoulder. "As much as I love to have you around and need your opinion on things around here, you're too much of a distraction."

[Name] frowned as she rested her hands on his arms around her waist, "You say it like it's a bad thing." Kaveh huffed a bit annoyed, "It's not, but now I'm setting a bad example by being in here with my arms around you, N/n. Do you know how much I just want to take you home and sleep already? My back hurts," he whined as [Name] let a huff of amusement through her nose.

"Fine, next time I won't come then... How is the outside looking?" Kaveh hummed as he closed his eyes, his hold on her waist getting a bit tighter, "The roof is completely finished, and we're trying to completely clear some of the dirt path in order to pave it with concrete." [Name] hummed as she turned around to gently run her hands through his blond hair.

"Do you think we could wrap up early then? I could go check up on Haitham and then I could go over to cook dinner for you two before heading home for the night?" As much as Kaveh wanted to say yes, he knew if he left, he would be further behind in completing her home. "As much as I would love to say yes, I am already behind enough as it is. Please go home, relax, and I'll call you if I need anything, okay?"

Kaveh pressed a kiss upon her forehead and [Name] frowned before she could even take a hold of the blond's hand, he slipped away from them. "I'll see you later, okay?" Kaveh waved as he left them in the unfinished room before she frowned as she blinked rapidly to get rid of the tears in her eyes as she left.

But she shook it off as she left to go to her company building to see Alhaitham, but once she arrived an hour had passed, and she looked up at the building. Entering, she smiled at the receptionist before going over to the elevator to go the top of the building. As much as she hated going up on the elevator, she shook off the feeling of dread by pushing the top floor button.

Picking at her nails to distract her self of the dread crawling up her spine, she bit her lip just as the door opened to the elevator, she exited the cramped place with a sigh of relief before going to her office. Knocking on the door, before she pushed open the door, she were met with nothing but a silent empty room.

Letting her shoulders slump, she turned on her heel only to bump into someone. "[Name]? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be overlooking Kaveh?" Alhaitham placed a hand on her shoulder, and she looked up at him as if expecting something from him. "Are you okay? Do you want to go home?"

And her shoulders slumped again, "No, no, I'm fine, I'll see you later." And with that she brushed past her boyfriend, and he looked at them turned the corner, his heart skipping a beat in worry. What was wrong with her?

Passing by a woman with long pink hair tied into a ponytail, the woman smiled happily motioning for [Name] to come over, which she did with a small smile. "Hey [L/Name], I just wanted to wish you Happy Birthday, me and some of the other workers were going out to dinner tonight, and was wondering if you'd like to join us for a bit?"

[Name] had to bite back a smile but nodded nonetheless, "That would be lovely Kokomi, around what time?" The woman smiled and looked over to the small digital clock on her desk, "In about a few minutes when we clock off, will you be willing to wait a bit?" [Name] nodded a bit excitedly, as she just looked around, "Would you just rather me dismiss your small group rather than wait longer?"

Kokomi let a small laugh escape her lips, "As much as I'd love that [L/Name], we still need to finish work, just a few minutes. Why don't you head to one of the lower floors to get ready? You have a fashion company, so I'd hope you'd have an outfit tailored just for you."

[Name] nodded as she gave the pink haired woman a quick hug before rushing over to the elevator with a large grin upon her face as she quickly wanted to get ready. Beaming with excitement she hardly acknowledged the elevator as it went do. If she were going to dress for a dinner party, she knew she had to at least look business casual since everyone she was going with were going to be in their work clothes.

Maybe a collared shirt and flared pants? Or maybe even a long sleeve with cuffed business pants? Oh, the options were endless as she made it to where she needed to be before looking at all the options she could've worn before going with a mix of both of her first two options. Slipping on the outfit, she slid back on her shoes and quickly went back down the elevator.

Once she made it to the lobby, there was a small group of workers; Kokomi, Gorou, Yelan, Kaeya, Jean, Lisa, and Diluc. The redhead surprised [Name] as she made her way over, "Finally you're here! Mister Ragnvindr just made it here wanting to see you, so we told him of our plans, and he'll be joining us, if that's alright with you, boss?"

[Name] laughed nervously as she looked over to Kaeya then Diluc, "I see no issues, where are we going?" Kokomi looked a bit excited, "We're going to a new karaoke bar a few blocks over! I heard it was good, me, Gorou and Ms. Jean wanted to check it out!" [Name] let a small laugh escape her lips as she nodded. "Well, it certainly sounds fun, anyone need a ride over?"

Kaeya raised his hand before Diluc slapped it down, "He'll be riding with me," Diluc gave a little glare to his brother who discreetly flipped his middle at the redhead. "Oh, then just message me the address then," [Name] said to Kokomi who nodded as she fished her phone out her pocket before texting it.

"Alright, hope to see you there! Come on Gorou," Kokomi grabbed her friend's hand as she left first before everyone else followed ready and anticipating for the fun night ahead.
