20 Years Later - June of 2270
The year is 2270, and it is 117 years later after World War Three that claimed over 600 millions lives on Planet Earth on May 1, 2153.
Still Humanity is trying to overcome the long term effects of World War Three Planet Earth and people are still trying to rebuild their lives.
Not even after the cease-fire of World War Three in 2153, did humanity start to recover and one year later in 2154, a monster named Colonel Philip Green shows up and he does exactly what Hitler did during World War Three by genocide and his excuse but not his reason is long term side effects of radiation sickness will do to future generations and he kills millions who he doesn't consider worthy to live on Planet Earth until he meets his untimely demise by Flint The Immortal when he launches his version of The Ebola Virus and Green and his followers are die from it.
Only then a handful of people realize that they have to restore humanity, but despite their good intentions even 117 years later, Post World War Three Planet Earth is plagued a with world wide famine, their water supply is contaminated with radiation, their air is also contaminated and so is the earth.
There is world wide lawless, corruption, discord, and no man, women, or child is safe, in fact starting in 2270, almost all the world governments faced a famine, and 90 percent of the governments had to start rationing out food with food coupons and they were only given to the immediate family and there was no exception to the rule.
This rule meant if a family member took in a child of his or her brother or sister, his or her aunt or uncle, or even grandparents. They were left with the hardest decision of their lives and it was what they did with their extended family that they had taken in.
Three such families were left with this decision in 2270, The Stantons, The Whites, and The Andersons, who had taken in their nieces in 2269 when their brothers and their families had succumbed to the long term side effects of radiation illnesses.
The Stantons had taken in their niece, Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell, The Whites had taken in their niece, Susan Virginia Bell, and The Anderson's had taken in their niece, Katherine Grace Kelly.
