Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard is the second child and daughter of Lord Andrew Charles and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard and she was born on October 31, 2276 at Beltane Manor.

Lady Samhain is named for the Pagan Sabbath of New Year Samhain means in Celtic "Summer Ends" and she was named in honor of her late great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William and give his middle name and she was named in honor of her paternal grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Charles and given the surname of her paternal great-great-great-grandfather Howard.

On the day that Lady Samhain was born it was the celebration of the Pagan New Year that happens on October 31, every year.

Lady Samhain is the heiress presumptive to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory and she is also Duchess of Clarence Territory as Lord Andrew Charles second child and daughter.

Lady Samhain is the one that resembles her father and great-great-grandmother, Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort. She has dark hair, blue eyes, and medium skin.

She is sweet, obedient, and she never caused her father or mother an ounce of trouble, and she is the favorite third cousin of Lord Thomas William Howard and Lord Richard William Carey, and she is the favorite second cousin of Lord David William Beck as well.

The Cotillion of 2276 was dominated with the Howards and their daughters, led by Lord Andrew Charles Howard with Lady Samhain, followed by Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third with Lady Charlotte Victoria Maud Howard, followed by Lord Patrick William Howard The Second with Lady Autumn Bridget Howard and finally Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior with Lady Frederica Wihelmina Howard.

Lord Andrew Charles in his three breasted suit and wearing his coronet leads the way with Lady Samhain and with his father and two brothers wearing their coronets walk in with their daughters and everyone moves over as they pass by and every man and woman bows and curtsy to them, but from the balcony is Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann and Lord Richard William Carey watching.

"Madame President with me this evening is my half sister, Lady Frederica Wihelmina with my father, The Duke of York Territory, and Lady Frederica Wihelmina walks up and she gives a curtsy and President Hathaway smiles " Lord Howard. I didn't know that you have a younger sister?" President Hathaway asks.
