The next day Shane asked Brian if he wanted to go golfing just the two of them and Brian said he would, Jules went to hang out with Sophie while the boys went golfing, at the golf course Shane and Brian were having breakfast before they started
Brian-"Thanks for the invite mate".
Shane-"No problem, thought we could both use some time out of the house".
Brian-(laughs) "That's what Jules said".
Shane-"So how has it been so far?"
Brian-"With Jules it's been great, we have someone coming over later to take pictures".
Shane-"To announce the enagagment?"
Brian-"And baby, say why didn't you invite the others?"
Shane-"Well there's a reason why and they already know, well Kian anyways".
Brian-"What's going on Shane".
Shane-(shows him ring) "I already asked yer dad, but I want to have yer permission also since I gave you mine".
Brian-"You really love her don't you?" (tears up)
Shane-"Of course I do mate, she's gonna be the mother of my child".
Brian-"I called you my brother when the group started, but now we're gonna be brothers forever I give you my blessing".
Shane-"Thanks mate". (hugs him)
They hug for a bit then eat their breakfast, when they are done they head to the course for a round of golf, at Shanes Sophie and Jules are picking out outfits for Jules to wear for the photoshoot
Sophie-"I remember when Kerry and Brian did this when they got engaged, but they did the whole baby thing when Molly was born".
Jules-"Are you and Shane thinking about doing it?"
Sophie-"We've talked about it, we mostly wanna do it to see Gillians reaction". (smirks)
Jules-"I'm just glad Kerry is supportive about all of this, when we called last night she was over the moon about us getting married".
Sophie-"I wonder why Shane asked Brian to go to golf and not the others?"
Jules-"I have no idea, maybe to just talk, they are gonna be brother in laws".
Sophie-(laughs) "You are right about that".
Jules-"What you thinking about the gender?"
Sophie-"We don't care if it's a boy or a girl as long as the baby is healthy".
Jules-"Same with Brian and I, I can't wait to find out".
Sophie-"I just can't believe our mums are putting together the party".
Jules-"I'll do combined baby stuff, but weddings seperate".
Sophie-(laughs) "I wonder if he's thinking about proposing".
Jules-"Well when the time comes, I will be over the moon for you guys".
They talk some more, after a bit Brian and Shane comeback from golfing, Brian and Jules leave to go to their photoshoot
Sophie-"How was golf?"
Shane-"It was good, Brian beat me though".
Sophie-"Why didn't you invite the others with yas?"
Shane-"Just wanted to spend sometime with Brian we are gonna be brother in laws after all".
Sophie-(laughs) "That's what Jules said".
Shane-"How was yer day with Jules?"
Sophie-"It was good, I helped her pick out what to wear for the photoshoot, then we talked about the gender reveal party that mum and Mai are planning".
Shane-"I can't wait to find out". (touches her stomach)
Sophie-"Me too". (kisses him)
At Brians parents house hime and Jules are taking pictures
Photographer-"Looks great guys".
Brian-"Thanks again mate".
Jules-"We really appreciate it".
Once they are done taking pictures, the photographer leaves, Brian and Jules then change out of their clothes then go to his bedroom
Jules-"So how was yer day?"
Brian-"Good, Shane asked me something today?"
Jules-"What was that?"
Brian-"If he had my blessing to propose to Soph".
Jules-"Oh my gosh really?"
Brian-(smiles) "Yeah, he talked to my dad the other day, but he wanted to ask me just like I asked him".
Jules-"You asked him for his blessing to propose to me?"
Brian-"Of course I did, before yer dad even".
Jules-"This is why I love you, you are the sweetest". (hugs him)
Brian-"I love you too sweetcheeks". (hugs her tight)
At Shanes house him and Sophie are cuddled on the bed
Sophie-"What you thinking about sexy?"
Shane-"Oh just how I'm the luckiest man in the world". (kisses her)
They then head to bed, at Brians the photographer cameback with the photos to let them choose what to use for the magazine (some pictures will be of Kerry, but pretend it's Jules, I wanted ones with Brian actually in them)
