I Made My Choice!

Kerry- "I made my choice Brian, they are staying with me!"

Brian-"You have to be kidding, after all I have done to help you, you can't take my kids from me Kerry!"

Kerry-"You heard what the judge said, I am so sorry about this Jules".

Jules-"I'm sorry for you and what you just did, tell the girls we'll see them soon now get out of my house!"

Kerry leaves Jules then goes over to Brian who is a crying mess

Brian-"What did I do to deserve this!" (cries)

Jules-(hugs him) "You did nothing, she isn't in the right mindset you did none of that stuff, I can't believe the judge sided with her".

Brian-"You know how she said she made her choice, it was because she was going to give me full custody till she got better". (cries even more)

Jules-"Oh bluey". (hugs him tight)

Susan comes in along with Sophie and they hug Brian as well, everyone was there for the court hearing even Shane and the other boys, once Brian calmed down he went to his office while the others stayed in the living room

Kian-"I can't believe she did that to him".

Jodi-"Did someone talk to the girls about this?"

Jules-"Both him and Kerry did, Lily didn't take it too well neither did Molly".

Nicky-"So he gets to see him every other week or when she says that's cruel".

They hear yelling from the office

Brian-"I don't fuckin care if it helps me Simon, I made my choice!" (slams phone)

Shane-"Christ I'll go talk to him".

Mark-"Be careful, you know how he gets when Simon pisses him off".

Shane goes to Brian office, he doesn't knock he just walks in and sees a mess and Brian sitting on the floor crying 

Shane-"Oh Brian". (sits by him)

Brian-"What did I do to deserve this Shane, am I a bad father?"

Shane-"Of course you aren't, yer babies love you and they are lucky to have you as a father, Daisy is lucky to have you as her uncle I know for damn sure".

Brian-"Why would she do this to me though, I did nothing but try to help her". (takes a drink of beer)

Shane-"Whoa I thought you quit drinking?"

Brian-"I did till this shit started to happen". (sniffles)

Shane-(takes bottle out of Brians hand) "Care to tell me what Simon wanted?"

Brian-"Fuck him, he said because of everything going on I should rejoin the band, I know you said that the door is always opened mate, but right now I can't".

Shane-"I understand mate, you will know when the time is right then we'll all get together and sit down to discuss things". (pats his arm)

Brian-"I'm sorry for what I said in that interview still I really am". (cries)

Shane-(hugs him) "Shh mate it's alright, all is forgiven".

Brian-"I feel worthless, I lost my girls Shane!" (cries even harder)

Shane-"You didn't lose them, you will see them Brian you just have to fight, and remember you have that little boy".

Brian-"I know I do".

Shane-"Come on I'll help you clean up, papers everywhere". (helps Brian stand up)

They clean up Brians office, the others come in also to help out Sophie goes over to Brian and gives him a hug

Sophie-"Love you".

Brian-(rests head on top of hers) "Love you too sis".

Sophie-"She had no right to do that". (rubs his back)

Brian-"No she didn't , but I'll see my girls again, until then I have this little monster". (takes Noah from Jules)

Noah-"Dada!" (hugs him)

Jules-"We love you babe". (kisses him)

Brian-"I love you guys too, all of yas thank you for helping me out today it means a lot".

Nicky-"No problem mate, also Shane told us what Simon told you and we aren't forcing ya to comeback".

Mark-"You will know when the time is right".

Kian-"As for now we can support eachother".

Georgina-"Group hug!"

Daisy-"Huggies!"

They all laugh and hug eachother, after everything was cleaned up the others went home, Brian and Jules got Noah to bed then went to their bedroom, once they were changed they got into bed 

Jules-"What a day". (strokes Brians hair)

Brian-"Yeah what a day". (sighs)

Jules-"You gonna be alright?"

Brian-"Yeah I guess, she made her choice and I told Simon I made mine today so I guess we both kinda win".

Jules-"She doesn't win anything Brian, you won cause you stood up to Simon out of all people you stood up to him and I'm proud of you for that". (kisses him)

Brian-"I love you so much". (tears up)

Jules-(wipes his tears) "I love you too bluey".

They kiss then go to bed

Gillian-"When I said hurt him I didn't mean that".

Kerry-"How else was I?"

Gillian-"Do what I did, make fun of Jules like I did with Sophie".

Kerry-"I can't believe yer out of there".

Gillian-"I know I can't wait to hear their reactions".
