A/N: This is the end TT_TT I am absolutely horrid at endings, as you can see, and had no idea how to really end this story. I hope to get better at ending my stories as this is the first ever story I have completed before. Please enjoy this last snippet and please let me know what you think about this story.
50 years later
Being a siren is not all that bad. Of course, Sakura has to live close to the ocean and visit it daily, but she gets to spend eternity with the love of her life. It took a lot of adjusting the first few years but eventually, Sakura became so attuned to her siren that it was like she was born to be a siren.
Being a magical creature does not stop her from still practicing. Sakura owns two veterinary practices. The one in the human world and one in the Uchiha compound.
Due to her having the clinic in the compound, the Uchiha opened the gates to other magical creatures. Now the compound is full of a variety of creatures from around the world.
After a few years of being together, Madara and Sakura had their first child, Yuki. They adored her and spoiled her to no end. After a few years, Sakura had twins, Riko and Rue.
They were the last as they took a toll on Sakura's body. They loved their children to no end and did not mind that they only had three.
Now fifty years had passed and Sakura sat with Madara enjoying her family that they created together. Her children ended up having children of their own, creating the full family that Sakura and Madara always craved.
"Are you happy Sakura?" Madara asked as he rocked one of their grandchildren. Sakura looked up at him and smiled.
"Of course I am. I'll always be happy as long as you are by my side." Sakura held her hands out to take the child from Madara. She cradles the child to her breasts and makes cooing sounds towards it.
"I'll always be happy as long as I am with you as well," Madara said as he moved a piece of hair behind her ear. "Thank you for giving me this wonderful family."
Madara swooped down and kissed Sakura. Even after fifty years, his taste was still addictive. She could never get enough of his kisses. Sakura pulled away from him and looked at him with mirth.
"Aren't you glad you let me drown?"
