Chapter 18

It’s been a year. A full year of dating a hybrid and Yoongi couldn’t be happier. Taehyung was the sweetest boyfriend he could ever ask for. He knew Namjoon told Taehyung how big of a deal it was for humans to celebrate anniversaries. Which is why he isn’t too surprised when Taehyung drops a dead squirrel on him while he’s sitting with Jimin.

“I brought you a squirrel!” Taehyung says proudly. “Do you like it?”

Yoongi purses his lips, “Tae…this isn’t what Namjoon meant.”

Before Taehyung could say anything he spots Namjoon walking towards them.

“Hyung! I gave him a present like you said!” Taehyung says proudly.

“Is that a dead squirrel?” Namjoon asks.

“Who this?” Taehyung asks as he sees someone with Namjoon.

“This is Jungkook, he just started a couple of days ago. I’m showing him around,” Namjoon says.

“Hi! I’m Taehyung and this is Yoongi, you can’t have him he’s mine. But that’s Jimin he wants someone to give him rocks,” Taehyung says happily.

Jimin stares at Taehyung in surprise. Jungkook looks at Jimin before walking away.

“Where are you going?” Namjoon asks.

“Imma go find a rock,” Jungkook says over his shoulder.

Taehyung falls to his knees taking Yoongi’s hand and pouting.

“Did I do it wrong?” He asks.

Yoongi smiles at him, “Have you ever seen me eat squirrel before?”

“No,” Taehyung mumbles.

Yoongi stands taking Taehyung’s hand into his, “come on, let’s go get some food I can eat. Have fun getting rocks Jimin. Bye Joon!”
