The only light shining into the dark room is the light from the camera. The room is dark, but not so dark that you cannot see your own hands. You can still see dark spots. The mattress on the floor is visible, though it is a large dark spot. On the concrete wall are all papers hanging up, but it's just too dark to see what's on them. There is also an old shoe on the floor, no idea where the other matching shoe is. And no idea what happened to the owner of the shoe. Also lying in the corner of the room is a teddy bear, without an arm.
And the camera that is now on was hidden under the mattress. With a full batery and empty card. Somehow I had hoped there was something on it. A hint, anything. But sadly, there was nothing on it. It's just a camera, that for some reason was hidden under the mattress. And survived with a full battery.
I push the power button on the camera, and the little screen shows "rec," with a red dot, showing I'm recording. I take a deep breath and hold the camera in front of my face, no idea if I'm visible on the little screen or not. I take a deep breath and rub my hair out of my face.
"Uhm hi, i'm Riley... Nobody is probally going to watch this so uhm yeah, i'm Riley," i whisper, scared that someone will hear me. I don't know why i'm doing this. Don't know why i'm recording. Don't know what i should say. I don't know what i'm doing.
"Riley May Addams, and today it's june 6th, 2022."

A/N: AAAAH THAT'S THE FIRST CHAPTER!!
And the first video diary!! Soo i really have no idea where this story is going but yeah! I'm excited to write this book, it's totally different from what i normally write and i'm so here for it.
I hope you guys will like this story and feel free to comment! If you like my writing go check out my other story's!! Wich are not finished yet cause i can't stick to the same story for a long time. But i will try to finish all my stories this year.
Hopefully this one cause in my head this sounds like the best idea ever!! And i guess if people like this then i will get more motivated to write it!!
