Chapter 5 : Surprise!

It was two weeks later.
Midoriya's doctors visits have been going well and they even suggested only coming on Sunday mornings now.

Midoriya had only two seizures the past couple weeks and Bakugo helped him through them. Both of them being late at night.

And since then, the doctors had found medication to prescribe to Izuku for a good three months in hopes to make the darkness on his chest go away and his seizures subside.

Currently, Midoriya was making waffles as Bakugo got dressed in his casual everyday t-shirt and jeans, in case he had to go out for something.

"Kacchan! Breakfast's ready!" Izuku called to the kitchen, smiling at the scent of the food. He set the plates down with a clink into the counter. Making himself chocolate milk to drink and Bakugo water, because he knew Katsuki liked to stay healthy while he was on leave to help him out.

Izuku always drank chocolate milk for breakfast if they had it. Claimed it was superior to strawberry.

"Coming, nerd." Katsuki called from Izuku's bedroom. While Bakugo stayed over, Midoriya had given him his own area in the closet and even a drawer in the meantime. Bakugo didn't show how much he appreciated it, but he didn't have to because Izuku knew he did.

Sitting down at the table, and slicing into his waffles, Bakugo went to the kitchen, "Did you take your medicine?" He asked.

"Not yet," Midoriya added, taking the cut up piece of waffle into his mouth.

There was rustling in the kitchen and a cabinet opening and closing before Bakugo came into the dining room, "Take it." Katsuki said, holding out his hand next to Izuku. Inside his palm was a little blue pill. "You can't forget to take these..they help with your seizures too." Bakugo added.

Carefully taking the pill from Bakugo, Midoriya would pop it into his mouth then gulp down his chocolate milk straight behind it. Sighing and wiping his milk mustache off with the back of his palm. He would reply, "Thank you."

Bakugo nodded and sat down. Bakugo's waffles were plain while Izuku's had blueberries in them. Just how they both liked them.

Bakugo on the side had been preparing a secret party for Izuku. Their whole old class from U.A. Was going to be there to see Izuku and wish him better and onto the field again soon, not to mention his birthday was coming up...Bakugo was convinced Midoriya had forgotten with everything going on since Izuku used to always be about his birthday and wanting to at least have friends over to talk and hang out for the day.

Surprisingly, everyone complied and some even asked if Katsuki was brain washed. Why would Bakugo wanna set up a party for Izuku?

Then again, Bakugo may seem rough on the outside, he did want to become a hero and he does save people from danger and pain. He's kind hearted on the inside, just doesn't know how to express it.

Mina and Ochako were the first to hop on the party train, helping Bakugo plan and have the girls go haywire setting it up. Momo joined too, along with Tsuyu and Jiro. Eventually, even Todoroki showed up to help after his hero shifts. Kirishima, Denki, and Sero we're finding small presents to make it an actual birthday party.

Shoji and Mineta hung banners with their quirks help and Denki powered the lights where they were. Charging a electric generator.

Bakugo had left Izuku in the apartment early Saturday morning, heading to where all his other old classmates were at.

It was a abandoned warehouse someone allowed them to use and thankfully, they were able to set it up nice so it didn't look so wrecked. Fairy lights strung from the ceiling and small banners of different Pro Hero's and different memories, of the classmates and Izuku, that had been on the news were all over the place. Tables and table cloths on them, then decked with a couple plates.
