Chapter 7 : Not so soon.

Izuku was in the bathroom getting ready for the day. Katsuki had told him they were going somewhere out of town for a bit so Midoriya could spend more time outside.

He was trying his best getting the other out as much as possible, and since Katsuki is simply tolerating Izuku, he was doing pretty well.

Walking out of the bathroom, emerald eyes met Katsuki who was slipping on a black tank top with a skull on the front of it. Bakugo ruffled his blond hair and looked Izuku's way, "What're you starin' at?" He asked with a raised brow.

Izuku's face flushed and he laughed, "Kacchan." He answered.

Bakugo's face went a dark red and he groaned, "For fucks sake. Are you ready to go?" He asked, grabbing his phone and wallet, slipping them in the back of his jeans pocket. Izuku was dressed in a green t-shirt with "t-shirt" written on the front. And blue overalls, with his infamous red shoes.

"Yep!" He said, grabbing his straw hat. "It's hot outside, are you sure you wanna wear pants?..." Izuku asked nervously.

Bakugo glanced over at the greenette and rolled his eyes. "I'm not wearing fucking overalls that's for sure." He said and slipped his wallet in the opposite back pocket as his phone. "Let's go."

Midoriya wheezed out another cough, a tissue in his hand over his mouth. Bakugo was driving them to somewhere he didn't want to tell Izuku. Another surprise. Something for the greenette to look forewords to.

"Did you take your medicine?" Bakugo asked, his hand going to Izuku's forehead, a way of checking the greenettes temperature. "You don't have a fever.." Izuku heard him mumble.

"It's just my sinuses, Kacchan." Izuku spoke, hiding his red stained tissue by folding it over.

Bakugo glanced over at Midoriya and sighed, "Your doctors appointment is tomorrow, we'll get it looked at in the morning." He said, his thumb tapping the steering wheel.

Eventually Bakugo pulled into a parking lot, "The zoo?" Midoriya asked in confusion.

"That's what the sign says." Bakugo said, parking and getting out. Izuku followed shortly after.

"I haven't been to the zoo since-"

"We were four. With our moms on Mother's Day." Katsuki cut him off and chuckled, "Yeah, it's been a long fucking while."

Midoriya followed next to Bakugo walking up to the gate. A little girl in front of them had turned and smiled wide. "Mommy! It's Deku and Dynamite!" She said. Izuku smiled and waved while Bakugo smirked and nodded.

"That's the good shit." He whispered to Midoriya before handing the woman at the counter his money for the entrance, paying for Izuku too since it was his idea.

The woman smiled and waved them to go in the park.

Midoriya was fascinated by most of the animals, finding them super cool and he wished he had his notebooks on him to take notes. "Look at the birds! Tokoyami would love it."

"Frog face would too. Look there's toads." Bakugo pointed to the sign that said 'reptile enclosure.'

"Let's...not go in there." Izuku muttered.

"Scared of a little frog?"

"No, snakes. They are just creepy for no reason. And oh my gosh is that spiders too?! Uh-uh. This way," Izuku shook his head and grabbed Bakugo's elbow, pulling the blond the opposite direction to the cats, foxes, and wolves. Bakugo silently laughed and let the greenette. He might as well let him have his fun.

"Oh! Look! It's a white f-fox!" Midoriya said, his eyes full of color until he started hacking again. He pulled out his tissue and coughed into it, turning away from Katsuki.
