Brie's pov
In two days I start filming with Norman, I haven't spoken to him since he showed up to my place two weeks ago. I'm in Boston with Donnie and family, celebrating his bday.
No one obviously liked that we lied and said we had broken up when we didn't. They all understood of course, but Alma didn't like her "baby Donnie" lied to her and honestly I felt bad as well, hell even Aurora bitched me out about lying to her as well.
Ever since my nosey neighbors sold Donnie and I out, we've been distant again and not by choice again but finally are able to be together.
We all gathered at Alma's house, Xavier and Elijah were there, Paul and his family, NKOTB, Aurora, and even Marky Mark himself and his family.
"Thank you everyone for being here with me today, everyone here made my day special and I am beyond grateful to have all of you in my life, I love you all dearly." Donnie says as I light the candles to his birthday cake and we sing to him. While blowing out his candles, Donnie looked over at and winked.
"Can you finish up the rest of these dishes hun, I'm sorry but I gotta use the restroom, I'll be right back." Alma tells me as I didn't hesitate at all to help her.
I was waiting for the water to get hot when Xavier walked in with more dishes. " Leave them on the counter please, the sink is full." I ask as he nods and smiles
"I never got a chance to talk to you but I was looking forward to having a little sister, dad hasn't really been the same obviously I understand why, I just feel bad for you in all of this." He says as he leans against the counter "sorry to bring this all up, I just haven't talked to you."
"I'm ok, really." I say smiling at him. "Your dad told me you helped comfort him when he came back to Boston after everything."
"Yeah, I needed to confess I knew what he was going through." I looked at him confused "my ex Holly the one that moved away to New Hampshire?" He asked as I nod and remembered her "She was pregnant but miscarried, after I told dad he and I basically cried together."
"Xavier, I am so sorry." I say as I dry my hands on my dress and hug him
"London is with her niece or nephew, we have two little angels watching over us." He whispers in my ear.
As we let each other go as Donnie walked in with more plates. Seriously, can I finish the first set. I say to myself as Xavier leaves.
"So what did you wish for?" I ask as I get back to washing the dishes
"I can't tell you cause then it won't come true." He says wrapping his arms around my waist "but it does have to do with us."
Later that night at Donnie's place
I was packing my bags to head back to Atlanta, all this traveling back and forth is exhausting but Donnie makes it all worth it.
"Do you think your costars will be upset about us lying?" He asked as he lays in the bed
"Maybe especially since I ignored everyone's text and calls." I confess
"And Norman?" He asked
"He's been texting he's sorry for coming to the apartment but like I said I'm ignoring everyone till I see them tomorrow." I replied as I use the back of my hand to wipe sweat from my forehead
"Come here babygirl." He says as he pats the bed
I move close to him and he pulls me onto him, I crashed my lips on his. It's been what feels like forever since he and I made love, I need this.
