004, tutoring & bribes

"THIS IS A little too much, don't you think? like it's only one more empty bed." luna said as she followed minho and the movers he hired. he hired them to bring in his clothes and other things upstairs so he didn't have to break so much of a sweat. they made their way up and to the boys room. minho opened the door and directed them around.

he then noticed kitty in the room, "what are you still doing here?" minho asked.

"hi kitty!" luna waved "we thought you left."

"you hired movers?"

"kitty. you're still here." dae said entering the dorm room. minho groaned "yes, she is. i'm gonna call campus police and have her forcefully removed." he said as he opened his phone. dae was quick to snatch minho's phone out of his hand.

"dae, we need to talk, now." kitty said getting up from the couch. the both left to go and talk. luna walked up to the clothing rack minho brought in. "okay, don't you think it's a little weird? first, she shows up at the airport on the same flight. she comes to find dae and then the next thing you know she's in our room!" minho told luna.

"no, i think maybe it's a coincidence."

minho groaned "whatever. let's just go to class." he said.

unfortunately luna had minho in all of her classes except for two. he loved to bother her during class. luna headed to her first class with minho. when they got there minho was gonna sit next to her. "no way. i spent 13 hours on a plane with you yesterday, go sit next to someone else." she said trying to get him away.

"please, luna. that girl keeps staring at me. it's making me kinda uncomfortable." he said making a grossed out face. the girl flirting-ly waved to minho. luna sat there and thought about it. "i'll buy you coffee after school." he said and she sighed.

"fine." she said and he sat down.

at the end of class, luna packed up her things and was about to leave. "wait luna, minho." the teacher said and the two stopped walked and turned to the teacher. "minho, you mother requested a tutor for you. i thought since the two of you are friends, luna could help tutor you."

"wait but mr. jae—" luna started.

"luna would absolutely love to do it. thank you mr. jae!" minho said and luna sighed. the teacher smiled "great! you guys start today in the library."

the last class luna had for the day was chemistry. it was with the new teacher from australia, luckily before that class, luna had a break from minho in her history class. luna found an empty seat perpendicular to q.

"i don't know, yuri has been acting kind of different. i feel like i don't see her as much. she's always in her room or with dae." luna said to q writing notes in her book.

as the bell rung, kitty just made it in exactly on time to the class. "professor finnerty! i want a new lab partner. portland stalker is in remedial classes." minho said to the new teacher. mr. finnerty turned to look at minho and said "no."

"like he's passing his classes. i have to tutor him after this. mr. jae asked me this morning." she told q leaning over to him. the boy smirked next to her. "you know, maybe it's a good thing. you know you two would hit it off if it wasn't for your constant bickering. you guys are pretty similar." q told her.

"no way."

"yeah. first of all you guys are both like loaded, but you guys like fashion, shopping, parties, and you guys also have a similar taste in clothing and music." q said and she shook her head "so what? a lot of people like shopping and fashion. it's a common thing." luna argued.

"you guys even order the same foods all the time." q added.

"that means nothing." she said. their conversation was cut off when kitty started humming a familiar commercial song. it was a song from an old korean baby commercial. "it's him." kitty said pointing to minho everyone making them laugh.

"is it actually?" luna asked and q shrugged "i don't know. if it is, i have a lot of questions."

"okay, it's fine. everyone can pick their own lab partners, but quickly. chemistry doesn't do itself." he said as kitty came over to q. luna was fine where she was and with the partner she had. "hey, eunice. minho just said he wants you to be his new lab partner." kitty said and eunice got up rushed to sit next to him.

"um what are you doing?" q asked.

"my thing." kitty replied.

"your thing?" luna asked and kitty nodded "i'm a match maker." she beamed excitedly.

"for them?" she said pointing to minho and eunice. kitty shook her head, "no! for q." kitty said and luna nodded cause she knew what she was talking about. she went back to writing in her notebook. q whispered to kitty so luna couldn't hear "if you really wanna play matchmaker, do it for them." q pointed to luna and minho.

"later, but you're priority one."

it was time for luna to start tutoring minho so she headed to he library after school. she was entering when she saw kitty standing in there looking at the images in the library. "oh hi kitty!" luna said placing her books and bag on a table. kitty turned around from the wall and faced luna. "oh luna! thank goodness! are you my tutor?" she asked and luna shook her head.

"no, i wish. i gotta tutor minho." luna said sitting down at the table "so, how was your first day?" she asked.

"it wasn't bad, but it could've been better. i know where all my classes are now thankfully and now i have to be tutored. i'm usually the one tutoring." she responded. luna nodded "it'll get better, kitty. promise. it was hard when i came here too. i had to stay for summer school one year to catch up. schooling is much more difficult here."

minho soon came into the library with two coffees in hand. he saw luna and walked up to the table she was at. kitty raised an eyebrow in curiosity because she swear his eyes lit up a bit. maybe she should play match maker with the two. minho passed her the coffee and sat down next to her.

"thank you." she said taking the drink. they quickly started their tutoring session. this was the first time kitty didn't see them annoying each other. luna explained the work to minho as he nodded and surprisingly listened to her. "uh—no, minho you just divide this. not multiply." she said erasing a part of his problem.

"oh okay." he said. kitty never saw minho so concentrated and quiet for so long. she was surprised there was no joking going on at all. as luna explained the next problem kitty saw minho wasn't focusing on the paper, but focusing on luna instead. "oh my god he totally likes her" kitty thought.

"katherine." a voice snapped her out of her thoughts "this is your tutor dae. dae, is katherine a student from america."

"why couldn't luna be my tutor?" kitty thought.
