"There's only one bed?"

I look to my left at Brie who's eyes are widened, I look back at the bed what looks like my feet would be dangling off of.

"Oh come on don't be dramatic, you've known each other for 10 years." My aunt says, and she's right. But I also know how annoying Brie could be in her sleep.

We once had a sleepover, the four of us in the living room. We had two mattresses, and since Blake and Maeve wanna sleep together so bad Brie forced me to sleep on the couch so she could sleep on the nice and comfortable mattress.

Since that night I discovered that she does not stop snoring. Maeve and Blake weren't nearly as bad as Brie. Blake had his moments and Maeve talks in her sleep a bit but Brie, she's a different level.

And I know you shouldn't judge people about how they sleep, and I don't, but it's Brie, I couldn't care less.

The noise could seemingly have woken up the dead, I'm surprised Blake and Maeve barely moved, I have a feeling that they might just be used to the sound.

And since I struggle with sleeping, it made it even worse.

But whatever, Brie has her things and I'll have to live with it as long as she's in the same house as me.

Or the same bed apparently.

I look to my left only to see Brie complaining to my aunt who can barely keep her eyes open and keeps on yawning. Poor woman.

I grab her hand and pull her away, she quietly screams before I tell her to shush. "Brie will you just shut up and deal with it."

"You're fine with this?" She quickly points between us and the bed with her eyes. "I'm anything but fine with this" I acknowledge.

"Can't you see my aunt wants to go to sleep, you'll make her never wanna wake up again if you keep on talking." She scoffs.

I look over her shoulder at my aunt who's tiredly leaning against the door.

I bend over slightly and lean towards her ear, "just tell her we'll be alright" I whisper, when I lean back she looks at me for a second before turning around.

We put on fake-half smiles and tell her one bed is just fine, of course it's not actually I just don't wanna bother her anymore, she's probably already had a tiring day with the twins, I couldn't imagine having to also deal with hearing Brie's voice.

She asks us if we're sure and we confirm a bunch of times before she finally goes to her room. Brie turns around and stares at me.

"So, how are we gonna sleep" she says.

"Brie, we've known each other for 14 years." Her eyes narrow.

"Doesn't matter to me, I don't wanna sleep next to you" she snarls, I shrug, "you think I wanna sleep next to you?"

"Sleep on the ground for all I care" I mutter and she rolls her eyes.

"Fine." I didn't think she'd actually agree, she'll sleep on the freezing ground before even laying next to me, won't complain though.

It's not like I care, I think, her choice anyway.

We grab our suitcases and bags and unpack, still trying to be quiet, I can't wait till the girls wake up, I've missed them.

After 20 minutes of unpacking in silence and a quick shower I walk into the room to see Brie laying on the floor with a pillow and blanket.

"You're ridiculous" I say as she jumps slightly with the sudden sound of my voice. She looks at me and her eyes widen.
