Chapter One- Friends and Foes

First day of high school. New year, new classes, new classmates.... Ugh. Honestly you didn't really care about any of that... What you really hated was the fact that you had to see E/n. You really thought about the whole situation during the holidays. The way E/n treated you, the way she would be attached like a leech to the twins. It annoyed you to say the least. But the thing that annoyed you the most was the fact she seemed to enjoy it.

Over the holidays whenever you and the squad met, E/n would always arrive last and atleast if you'd think she'd make a fashionably late arrival.. she didn't. Always wearing short cropped dresses. Thinking she looked like a fasion icon... Girl looked like she was dressed for a strip club tbh. You didn't say anything, keeping to yourself mostly whenever she's around. 

After she came she, immediately goes to one of the twins, guessing on her luck that the one she is latched onto is Muichiro probably. The twins had different reactions to this of course. Whenever E/n mistakes Yuichiro for Muichiro he would jump away and make a silly face and walk away. Muichiro though didn't know what the hell to do, so he just stood there like a rock looking like he would rather be in a volcano, drowing or something.

But what nobody knew was that you were jealous. You've had feelings for the boy ever since middle school started. And seeing the way E/n was so close to Muichiro actually hurt. But you tried not to show it.

But little did you know someone did know how you felt...

'Finally I made it... Just in time..' you thought to yourself as you walked towards your locker. Just then you heard a scream. "THIS IS MY NATURAL HAIR COLOUR!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!! GET AWAY FROM MEEEEEEE!" Zenitsu screamed running down the hall with your P.E teacher, Mr. Tomioka, chasing after him with a bored expression.  You laughed at his usual antics and went to put your back inside and take your schedule out. "HEY! WHERE'D MONITSU GO!" Inosuke ran crashing into you and knocking over all the books in your hand. "Well hello to you to Inosuke" you replied in a calm-ish voice. 

Inosuke glanced at you and rolled his eyes. Then stormed off. You sighed and got up, dusting yourself off. Just as you were about to put your books back in the locker. Someone hugged you from behind. Knocking your books down. Again. "Y/n! Heyyyyyyy" Nezuko said. "Hey Nezuko.." You spoke as you turned around and gave her a small smile. You saw Tanjiro and Kanao as well who both waved and started to talk to eachother. You rolled your eyes at them.. 'lovebirds'. You thought as you bent down to pick up your books and quickly placed them inside before anyone knocked them down again. 

"High school huh? A few more years till we graduate. And then boom we'll all go to college in our on ways," Nezuko said with hand movements. You nodded. After highschool who knows when you'll all be a group again. Everyone will go continue their life. Thinking about it makes your eyes water a bit. Shaking your head a bit you looked at Nezuko with a smile. "Let's enjoy it while we can." You said with a smile, locking your hands with hers. Nezuko cheered and just you were about to say something the Tokito twins entered the hall with E/n not for behind. Yui had a big scowl on his face while Muichiro looked uncomfortable as hell. 

When your eyes met Muichiro's you saw him light up. As he pushed e/n away and ran towards you. Before you could think Muichiro pulled you into a hug. "Hey n/n..." He said, a small smile evident on his lips. He only ever smiled to you. And sometimes to his brother but other than that he looked like he's seen twenty murders happen in front of him. 

You broke into a huge smile. Part of it was because Mui was hugging you.. But mostly because he pushed e/n onto the wall. "Hey Mui....Yui..How was your vacation?" You nodded at Yuichiro as he stepped towards you and Muichiro. He smiled as you and Muichiro parted and pulled you into a hug as well. "Hey lil sis.. It was fun.. supposedly.. How was yours?" He asked as he let go and smiled at Nezuko. "Hey Nezuko. Where'd french fries go? Thought he'd be on you by now." He asked Nezuko who rolled her eyes and shrugged. You laughed a bit but stopped when you heard a voice.

"Hey why'd you push me Muichiro that hurt.." E/n said, fake pouting. Muichiro didn't look at her, instead he looked at the lockers and whispered a faint 'sorry'. "Its okay I forgive you! Hey Nezuko!" E/n said taking Muichiro's hand who pulled it away quickly. " Hey E/n!" Nezuko said as she hugged E/n. 'Damn she didn't even bother to look it at me... Bit-' Your thoughts got interrupted by a loud scream. " NEZUKOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!~" Zenitsu squealed jumping onto Nezuko making both of them fall down. 

Tanjiro was there in a second slapping zenitsu on the head. He was followed by Aoi, Genya and Kanao, who all exchanged hello's and took turns scolding zenitsu. Inosuke then charged from nowhere falling onto Tanjiro who fell onto Kanao. It's safe to say.. No one was injured expect for Kanao and Tanjiro's friendship. Everyone knew they'd probably be a couple by the end of the year. 

You all heard the first bell ring, signalling two minutes before class starts. You all took out your schedules and compared it. First all of you had homeroom. 

You had math with Zenitsu, Tanjiro and Muichiro.

 Bio with Yuichiro, Kanao and Genya.

Chemistry with Muichiro, Nezuko, Inosuke Yuichiro and e/n.

History with Nezuko, Aoi, Muichiro and E/n

Geography with Kanao, Tanjiro and Zenitsu.

English with Inosuke, Zenitsu and Nezuko.

Art , library, drama, P.E and music with all of them. 

(Ok it might seem reeeeaaally unrealistic but I need a story plot so bare with me pls :') )

The timetable is better than you all expected really..  Most of your classes were with Muichiro... So all of you walked to the classroom together. 

Muichiro moved closer to you as you just were walking. He leaned closer to your ear and whispered, "Sit with me.. please?" You turned and smiled it him, as his hand rushed against yours. "Of course.." You said with a slight wink. Muichiro smiled a bit. As you entered the classroom you saw a seat right beside the window. You looked at Muichiro who already knew what you were thinking and started to walk towards the seat. He sat down and patted the seat beside him. Before you could sit though...

E/n pushed you away and sat down instead.
