Chapter Sixteen- Dance and Drama

Your group p.o.v

"So we're all set? Footage and everything right?" You asked, as you stepped into Makomo's room. You all decided to meet here one last time before the dance tonight. "Ready and set for action!" Sabito exclaimed with a wink. You gave him a tiny smile. 

You were worried. They knew that, and they tried to help you as much as they could. Your friends had been comforting you throughout the day. Your plan was simple enough but there were many ways for it to go wrong. And any loophole is a chance for E/n to get her victory.

Yuichiro gave you pat on the back and Makomo gave you a light kiss on the cheek. "It will be fine... Dont worry!" Makomo said as she gave you a bone crushing hug. You squirmed a bit in her grasp but smiled. "I love you guys." You said as Makomo let go of you. 

"We know.." The three replied in unison. You nodded and smiled. Just then Senjuro and Muichiro came into the room. "Genya called. He said that the group planned to meet 6:30 cause they have a 'technical mishap'." Senjuro giggled. Muichiro silently strode over to you and took your hand. "We should leave now then. To get ready and meet up at 6" Muichiro stated as he started to lead you out of the room. You all bid goodbye to eachother and left the house.

Your p.o.v

You walked silently beside the twins on your way home. They knew you were over thinking things. 'I mean, what if she doesn't show up.. like uh then what?' You thought as you nearly hit a pole on the side walk. "Oops!" You shrieked, barely moving out of the way. Yuichiro snorted as Muichiro stepped back to see if you were okay. "Dont die before our dance Y/n... Actually don't die at all." Muichiro said as he held your hand. "Yeah.. Yeah sorry.." You said as you gripped his hand tighter. 

The Muichiro stopped suddenly. You and Yuichiro stopped walking after you noticed. Muichiro gave his brother a brief look and a nod before Yuichiro smiled and walked away leaving you and Muichiro alone for a while. Muichiro watched his brother to a safe distance and then looked down and met your gaze. "Hey love.." He whispered, pulling you closer to him. "Hmm?" You asked as you nuzzled into him. He replied after thinking for a few seconds, "I'm sorry.." "For what?" You asked putting your arms around his neck. "For everything that happened to you this year." He replied, tightening his grip around you waist. "It's alright. Things happen. It was mainly my fault anyways. For letting her into our group." You said. He hummed in response as he held you like that for a while. 

"I love you." He said in a soft voice.

"I love you more..." You replied as you let him hold you like that for a little longer.

He gently moved his arms up from your waist to your cheek. He caressed it gently as he locked his eyes with yours. He lifted your head gently and bent down. He parted his lips and placed it gently on yours. The kiss held all the love you both longed for, only ending when there was absolutely no air left in both of your lungs. You parted away gently and smiled, your lips still but barely touching his. 

"It will be over soon love..."

"MOM! WHERES MY HAIR BRUSH?" You screamed running around your room. You heard your mom run up the stairs and place a bunch of makeup on the bed. "Here you go and sit down.. let me fix you up." She said as she made you sit down in front of the mirror. 

You can't deny that you looked awfully beautiful. "I wonder what Muichiro will think.. Would he want me to wear more make up or natural?" You asked applying powder on your face. "He'll like you even without make up sweetie.. Now stay still, I can't fix your hair properly if you keep moving."
