I had a lot of fun creating MHA OCs. Hideaki's quirk is called "Pain Deception." He can manipulate a person's nervous system to make them think that they're in pain some way. His quirk only activates when he comes into physical or eye contact with the person. Plus, the severity of the manipulated pain depends on how much contact he has with the person. With a little physical contact or with one eye, he can make someone think/see that their thumb is broken or has a stomachache.
With both eyes or a whole hand worth of physical contact, he make the person think that their whole hand is chopped or something like that. (Morbid, I know.)
On a plus side, he can also make his teammates's pain go away. Kinda like adrenaline.
