Mood Swing's quirk is called "Emotion Manipulation." She can change a person's mood/feeling in an instant. On another note, her hair changes color to represent the emotion she enforces on someone.
Red = Anger/Rage.
Blue = Sadness.
Green = Comfort/Relaxation.
Golden Yellow = Hope.
Black = Fear.
Dark gray = Defeat.
White = Neutral.
Etcetera, etcetera.
The three downsides she's training to overcome are that she can only do one emotion, on one person at a time, and that she also experiences the enforced emotion as well.
Small side note: She's the only bi character I've drawn.
