Kaito is a One Piece OC I came up with a long time ago. He is the Straw Hats' Tactician. He talks the more…intelligent members of the crew (i.e. Usopp, Nami, Robin, and maybe Franky) and discuss what would be the best course of action for them.
As you can see from the drawing, he is a Skypiean, so he does fight technically fight with Dials, but I'll explain what I mean. Kaito did eat a devil fruit. It only grows on Skypiea, which leads the devil fruit to be massive!
Anyway, Kaito ate the Dial-Dial Fruit and became a Dial Man. Basically, he can make any part of his body act as a various dial. His most go-to move is "Dial Dial Impact Punch/Kick."
After the 2 year timeskip, Kaito has gotten smarter, stronger, and more resourceful. He has even awakened his Devil fruit, allowing him to not only make the environment around him act like dials (like a move he'll use "Impact/Reject Ground"), but he can also use the various Cloud Dials in any atmosphere, not just the White and White White Sea.
He was trained by Wiper, Gan Fall, and the three remaining "priests" of Energy (the Trial by String, Orb, and Steel guys, since the Swamp guy fell down to the Blue Sea). During the 2years of training, he lost an arm from an aggressive pirate captain who wanted to enslaved the girls of Skypiean on his ship for entertainment.
