He's half-raptor, pretty self-explanatory. He can speak broken English, broken Japanese, and Raptor speak (like how that one raptor in Jurassic Park 3 called for help).
I say broken English and Japanese because he was homeschooled for a long time and he and his parents could speak fluent in raptor, so there wasn't much need for English and Japanese for the most part.
