Tamaki's quirk is called, "Cartoon." Simply put, he can do anything an American cartoon can do (like Looney Tunes/Tom & Jerry). From surviving a high fall and making a human shaped crater to getting by something and getting back and reinflating himself to even eating a bomb, which will blow up in his stomach, causing smoke to exit from his ears and mouth, he's practically invincible!!
The only downside is that even though he surviving everything from above and then some, he can still feel all of the pain. So, if he's been through the wringer too much, he knows when to call it quits.
