I've checked in and am now in my room. It's the nicest hospital room I've ever been in. I'm going to apologize for typos right now. This chapter is being written on my iPhone and I really loathe texting. Stay tuned for updates to this chapter.
UPDATE: I have an IV. Of course my veins didn't cooperate. As the nurse started to fill the second vial for the blood test, my vein began to collapse. She saved it for the IV, but I may have to be stuck again.
Pitocin has been started. Hubby is eating lunch and I'm starving. The nurse thinks I'll deliver by five. I have my doubts.
Update: water broke. Heavy contractions. may be last post until recovery.
UPDATE: Tessa Jean was born at 1:35 pm. She weighs 8 lbs 5 oz and is 21 inches long. She is absolutely beautiful.
