It was the day of the first task...and it didn't seem like anyone was visibly ready for it. Not even Harry and he saw the dragons himself. "This isn't going to be very exciting." I stated to myself.

"Henri? Harry?" A whisper sounded. I furrowed my brows. Harry and I went to the side of the tent. "Hermione?" I whispered back. Hermione came around and gave me a hug. And another to Harry. "Love, you aren't supposed to be down here. I can't have you getting into trouble because of us." I told her. "Promise me you two will survive." She stated. "Promise." Harry and I said in unison.

"Champions, gather around. It is time...for you all to discover and choose your fate." Lido Bagman stated as Mr. Crouch entered the tent.

"Each of you will place your hand into the bag and pull out one item. That item will be what you will face." Bagman explained.

As the others chose their dragon, I was the last to go. I pulled out a dragon with glowing violet eyes and many horns on its head.

"The Hebridean Black. How exciting!" Ludo Bagman exclaimed. The others seemed to have a look of horror on their faces.

I'm guessing this species of dragon is supposedly more deadly than the others. The small version of the dragon crawled along my hand and wrapped its claws around my thumb.

Flames spewed out of its mouth before nipping my finger, drawing blood.

I gave a look to Hermione, Harry, and Cedric. "Stay alive." Hermione whispered. "I'll try." I answered.

Every so often the other champions would leave the tent to complete the first task, leaving me by my lonesome to wonder about the horrors to come in facing the life-size version of the Hebridean Black dragon.

The small creature in my hand looked at me before scurrying into the pocket of my robe.

"HENRIK MIKAELSON OF HOGWARTS!" Ludo Bagman announced.

"Time to put on a show." I muttered before heading out of the tent.
