Teku and Metal Maniacs

After Tesla lost all but one of his drivers, he needed a new team to exploit. Meanwhile, my son, Vert Wheeler was eighteen. He had joined the Teku, a street gang. I was embarrassed to have a son involved in illegal street racing. The Teku got into a race on the coast against their rivals the Metal Maniacs. Dr. Tesla sent GIG to inform them of the Racing Drones and entice them to join him. The Teku and Metal Maniacs agreed to join him, despite Tesla offering no reward.

The next realm that opened was the Storm Realm. In this realm, we didn't enter it with many drivers, only Alec Wood entered. It was the first realm the Teku and Metal Maniacs entered. We saw from GIG and Alec that the Teku suffered heavy losses. My son barely escaped, so I was furious. Tesla had manipulated my son to do his dirty work without even prize money. The Teku entered 4 more realms: the Swamp Realm, Cavern Realm, Lava Realm, and Water Realm. We weren't very active at this time which allowed them to get two of the Accelechargers.

After failing to complete the Water Realm, Vert Wheeler abandoned the team. It was then that we began to discover the team's insecurities, differences, and disadvantages. We started to send more drivers into the realms, and we started to win. I entered the next realm, the Metro Realm, with Dan Dresden. My car was Iridium while Dan Dresden drove Covelight. The first thing we saw after entering was heavy traffic full of automated cars. We made it through with minimal damages by the realm cars. But then we realized it, we could disguise our cars as driverless cars to hide from the other drivers. We disguised our cars and soon realized that the driverless cars could not distinguish between them and us, so they didn't pose a hazard to us.

We left the freeway after Karma and Kurt who drove Battle Spec and Chicane. After driving for a while through the confusing streets, I found a Caterpillar Hyperpod and drove over several of the realm cars. While I drove through the realm in the Hyperpod, Dan Dresden disguised his car as an RD-02 and chased Kurt. The portal was on the edge of the freeway. Taro Kitano was in the lead but I was gaining on him while I disguised my car as an RD-02. While right behind him I shifted by disguise into Kurt's Battle Spec and to make it look like Kurt was working for the drones after hearing what Dan Dresden told me about Kurt's past working for Gelorum. I rubbed against the rear of Rivited causing him to spin out. I drove through the portal and won the Accelecharger. Dan Dresden followed behind me, easily getting past the Drones, Teku, and Metal Maniacs who wasted time-fighting each other. This was the first time we won an Accelecharger. From GIG's information, we knew how to use Accelechargers, and we did a few tests to study them, However, we never brought the Accelechargers into the realm. Accelechargers aren't very useful, and they're too valuable to risk losing.
