In a lovely garden, Bobby the caterpillar was happily muching some delicous green broccdl.
All around him was beautiful and green.
He could hear the loud buzz of the big fuzzy bumble bees.
Bobby was eyeing up some silverbeet when a pretty monarch butterfly flew down.
She was called Honey and told him that Freddie the sparrow was coming to eat all the caterpillars he could find....
Bobby was scared from the news.
So he jumped into some cabbage.
Bobby peeped through the hole in the cabbage and saw Freddie flapping down.
Honey flew over the gate.
Then she came back.
"There is more food over the gate then you could ever imagine" she said.
Bobby crawled onto Honeys back and they flew up in the air.
Bobby looked behind them and saw Freddie chasing them.
Honey flew faster and faster and it looked like they were going to hit the gate.
But they went through a tiny hole and Freddie went splat!
Then Honey left Bobby in a forest of cabbage and Bobby was happy.
Bobby lived in the cabbage and he loved it.
Some times when he was bored he would go and play with the pretty butterfly.
