Baby you're my shadow

"you really say that to her !?" Vini exclaimed throwing his hands in the air as if he'd just lost the ball at his feet

"i know it's idiot but i didn't know how to react"

"so you dumped her like her ex did" Eduardo grumbled

"we aren't in couple so dont use that word"

"You could very well be in a relationship with her if you weren't such an idiot ! " The young brazilian spoke.

"she doesn't even love me-well especially after what i just said to her"

"imagine if cho gue-sung learned that we had hurt - well, that YOU had hurt - his beloved little sister, I'll never get over it if he deletes my phone number."

"we were just starting to get close... " grated eduardo

"you have to go find her like right now !" The boys said, shaking him by the shoulders to try and get his mind right.

"to say what ? she won't listen to me and that's what I would do in her place, not listen to me"

"why did you even say that to her ?" Eduardo didn't understand

"I don't know, I panicked and I let my brain take over because otherwise I would never have said that. I just thought too much and my brain did the rest, I established things about her that I shouldn't have told her, but by the time I realized it was already too late"

He held his head in his hands. It had all happened so fast, hearing her heels still echoing in the room before she closed the door behind her.
He should have done something.
He should have stood up.
He should have run to catch her.
He should have told her he'd never meant a single thing he'd said even though he'd said the opposite.
He should have done so many things.
Aurélien was now racked with remorse.

"she told me that she loved you" Vinicius blurted out.

Camavinga and Tchouaméni looked at him wide-eyed, as if he had just scored the best goal ever.

The young French footballer was taken aback. He didn't know how to react to the Brazilian's sudden declaration. He didn't even know if what he was saying was true, but he did know that he just wanted to find her quickly. Very quickly.

"And she was starting to have doubts about it since she was with trent, which is why when trent didn't want her to send us any more messages and she chose us instead of him, it was mostly for you" He continued to explain.

Aurélien thought his heart was about to leave his chest.

"t'es vraiment un con" Eduardo said in french to his friend.
(*you're such a jerk)

"i know, i just need to find her right now."

"Why didn't you say so before ?" Cama said looking at Vinicius.

"i-i dont know i guess i didnt think about it ?"

but what the other two didn't know was that Vinicius was totally bluffing. She never told him anything about it.

Aurelien took the keys to his car from the counter, and asked his friends for the address of her hotel before quickly exiting his apartment, leaving the two together.

As he got out of his car, he stopped and looked at the hotel she was staying in. He looked around and spotted a florist before entering the hotel. He decided to go and buy a bouquet of flowers.

"hi, how can i help you ?" the saleswoman asked

"honestly, i dont know... im just here to buy something for a person i truly love."

"do you have a clear idea in mind of what you would like the bouquet to look like ?"

He thought for a moment, before the name of a flower caught his eye: primroses, which sounded a lot like her name. He took a closer look at the colorful flowers.

"you seem to have taste, thess primroses are one of the most beautiful flowers in the store,  but unfortunately few people are interested in them."

"they are gorgeous even if they're tiny"

the old woman smiled happy to hear that.

"Primroses are often among the first flowers to bloom in spring, marking nature's renewal after winter. They symbolize renewal, rebirth and hope. These flowers can also symbolize friendship and gratitude. They can be given to a dear friend as an expression of appreciation and gratitude."

"well that is exactly what im looking for"
