The sun started rising and Kakashi woke up the cuddling pre-teens to save faces from the others. "Madara, Naruto time to wake up we still have to continue the mission," Kakashi explained as he shook the two awake.

The two groaned but moved apart to wake up more before the others woke up. Naruto went to wake up Sakura and Madara woke up Sasuke.

--

After putting up camp they continued on their way to wave. An hour after continuous walking they came across a man with a boat ready to set sail when someone comes.

"Tazuna I'm glad you made it back in one piece." the boatman said. Tazuna nodded. "I couldn't have done it without them," he said directing his view to the team behind him.

"You sure they can do this?" the boatman asked. "Yes, I believe they can," Tazuna replied nodding.

"Well I only have room for five people." the boatman informed. "Don't worry the kids can go on the boat I'll just walk." Kakashi finally spoke up. "How sensei?" Sakura asked. "It's called water walking. The wonders of chakra I suppose." Naruto answered for Kakashi.

"Naruto's correct. Now get on the boat we don't have all day you know." Kakashi ordered. The four genin got on the boat and Kakashi stepped on the water staying afloat.

"Alright let's head out." The boatman spoke up. The man turned on the motor and they were headed off.

--

Half an hour later and the motor was cut off. They didn't say anything although they were curious but Naruto, Madara, Kakashi, Tazuna, and the boatman.

--

They arrived on land with Naruto covering Sakura's mouth the moment they saw the bridge. "We got to stay quiet Sakura. We can't alert the other enemies." Naruto explained.

The Pinkett nodded and stayed quiet. Once they got off the boat the man immediately went right back to the other side.

The six people continued walking. After two hours of walking Naruto heard rustling. Haku. Naruto thought. Zabuza to. Naruto threw a kunai to a bushy area and the sound of something hitting bark was heard.

The blonde jinchuuriki walked over to see a white bunny. A white bunny that's not good the bunny, it was taken care of inside. Naruto reflected. His eyes widened at hearing a small whoosh sound. "DUCK!" the silver sensei yelled. As soon as he said that the group of six was knocked down or dodged the attack.

Naruto stood up with the bunny in his hands eating away at the food in his hands. Where that came from no one knows. He set the bunny down where he found it with more food and stood up to face the enemy.

"Sharingan no Kakashi it's a pleasure meeting you." Zabuza showed off. "Momochi Zabuza, Demon of the Mist." the man introduced was surprised as he looked at the blonde who introduced the man before Kakashi could.

"Or in other words Moo Moo Man for me." Naruto continued. "What the hell did you call me gaki!💢" Zabuza roared out with his veins popping out.

"It's because of the cow print on your clothes, dumbass," Naruto clarified. That response only made more veins pop out.

With him now distracted Naruto punched him with his chakra-infused punch and the man went flying backwards knocked out.

After that what looks to be a hunter-nin took Zabuza away without knowing Naruto giving him his bunny back.

"Well, what are we waiting for let's go!" Naruto cheerfully exclaimed. They all seemed to be knocked out of their stupors and followed Tazuna to his house where his daughter and grandson were waiting.

--

When they arrived Tazuna's daughter Tsunami welcomed them into the home the family of three was living in.

"We only have three extra rooms so some of you might have to share," Tsunami said as she led them through the house and showed them where the rooms were "Two of the rooms have one bed." she continued explaining.

"Madara and I can share one of the rooms with one bed, Sakura can have her own with one bed, and Kakashi-sensei and Sasuke can share one with two beds," Naruto suggested. "How does that sound?"

They all agreed and set out to help Taxuna and Tsunami around the house as much as possible. Naruto and Madara helped with cooking and the dishes. Since Madara didn't know how to cook Naruto helped with that.

An hour an a half later dishes were done table was set and food was placed on the table.

--

After eating they all went to bed. Since the room Madara and Naruto are in has a bathroom they used it to their advantage and took turns showering.

Naruto wore a black oversized shirt he stole from Kakashi and black sweatpants. Madara was wearing black shorts that go to his knees and a fitting black shirt.

When they were done showering, getting dressed, and brushing their teeth, they laid on the bed facing each other. "You okay?" Madara asked. Naruto thought about it and shook his head no.

"I'm here to listen." He encouraged. "I don't want to bother you." the blonde whispered. Madara sighed and pulled the blonde into his embrace, he was too tired to be surprised last time, but he didn't think Madara would do this again.

"You're not gonna bother me, just tell me what's wrong," Madara said as he was running his left hand up Naruto's back and right hand in his hair lightly playing with it.

Madara knew it was the final push as he felt wet tears on his shirt. Slowly but surely Naruto talked about how he met Haku and helped him pick herbs for Zabuza. Of course, Naruto knew who he was helping he just didn't want to make an enemy out of the boy but he didn't have a choice.

He talked about how they died and wanted to save them but didn't get the chance as he was surprised by how Haku thought he was a tool.

An hour later and Naruto passed out from crying himself to sleep. "You're an enigma to me Naruto. I plan to find out as much as I possibly can about you." was the last thing Madara said before going to sleep.

What they didn't know was that Kurama was awake to hear the whole thing. And was quite surprised.
